Great customer service, fast work too. A friendly shop that communicates well. Affordable prices. If I need help with my car again, I will definitely go see them again! This time, I just needed some minor bodywork on the side of my car (a stip of metal was sticking out from where I had dinged the side of my car years ago) and replacing a rearview mirror.

They did excellent work. Another spot I took my car to tried to tell me that I would need the whole fender replaced. This place fixed it in 30 minutes for an excellent price. Service was 10/10 and I will 100% use this place again.

I recently had a car accident which was not my fault. Instead of taking it to the Honda dealership, I lazily took it to the body shop closest to my house with the best Yelp reviews. The initial work was incomplete and poor. I did have to return to the shop 3 times. However, once I brought it to the attention of the manager, she was more than willing to fix it (at no additional cost) to my complete satisfaction. Further, because of the inconvenience of having to return to the shop and because of the initial work quality, she even fixed my back bumper for free. It was completely cracked and the shop replaced it. I don't think this is a bad or dishonest bodyshop. I think most of the 5 star reviews are correct. I just think they had some personnel changes and happened to be extremely busy during the time my car was there. Granted it wasn't my problem but the shop more than made up for it by correcting the work in a timely manner and doing more work for free. I felt that my complaints were heard and that I was valued as a customer. Most importantly in the end, the car looks brand new.

They fixed my Prius (spoiler, bumper, side panel, taillight) for a very reasonable price that didn't exceed the estimate. Also, they got the work done in three days. Three other body shops had told me the repairs would be much more expensive and they would take at least a week. They did forget to replace the bulb in my taillight, but when I went back they replaced it very quickly and without an additional charge. Overall very satisfied with my experience here.

Fantastic service. I had my car back in two days. The work they did was incredible; you can't tell there was ever any damage to the section they repaired. It looks brand new. The car was fixed in under three business days, a day earlier than promised. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the body work, they returned the car cleaned than ever, both on the inside and out. Fast, professional, and efficient, all for a great price. They fixed my car’s front bumper so quickly and it looked brand new! After a month after them fixing my bumper, my bumper popped out again (possible cause unsure, possibly due to street parking?) So I brought it back to them and was very stressed because I just spent the money on fixing it but Diana and the mechanic was so nice and understanding and fixed it once again free of charge since they just needed to put a few screws back in place. I am so appreciative and definitely will recommend it to friends/will go again if needed!

Fantastic experience! I had a chip on my motorcycle gas tank all the way down to the metal. My expectations were low because it's an old bike with a rare color. I told them I just wanted to cover up the metal so it didn't rust. They matched the paint and repaired the chip *PERFECTLY.* You can't tell there was any damage at all. (See the before and after photos). They did the work in less than a day at an amazing price. Gracias!

The team did amazing work and quickly. I dropped off the car Monday morning and picked it up Tuesday close of business. I had a little sticker shock from the estimate she quoted me as we were fixing a scratch on two door panels and they have a flat price per panel (~$500 for a deep scratch). I paid cash for a lowered price. The owner/manager was so easy to work with, texted when the car was ready for pick up. I will absolutely come here if I ever need repair on ny car again.

My front bumper fell off a few months ago. After getting several quotes from other shops nearby, I went to this place with low expectations. They offered a very reasonable price and told me it could be fixed same-day if i didn’t mind them not making it look good as new. I told them I just wanted it fixed. The job was done in less than 4 hours and it looked great!! The folks there were super nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place if you’re in a crunch and need a quick, affordable fix! It’s been several months now and my bumper hasn’t had any issues :).

I called Guarani hoping for an estimate for a passenger side vent window replacement - Sonia and Diana were extremely helpful over the phone and asked me to send photos of the damage as well as information about the make and model of my car. They followed up within 24 hours with an estimate and window of time for the following day when they could complete the job. The team was ready as soon as I arrived and was flexible to pay up front or after the job was complete. The repair was finished within 2 hours and exceeded my expectations - I really appreciate how friendly and easy to work with they were. I could not have had a better experience - I love this women-run shop! I will definitely be going back :)

These guys are great. They do excellent work at an affordable price. I had a large side dent and damage to my bumper. Guarani fixed everything and repainted - it looks great! FYI, Guarani is within walking distance to Petworth Metro and Georgia Ave. and 14th Street buses. Highly recommend!

Came here for minor front end repair. Needed radiator support straightened and bumper/hood/headlight replaced. Front end is nowhere near straight. Grille to hood alignment is off by at least 1/2". Headlight points up in the sky because the beam that supports it was not straightened. Several screws for the newly installed parts are cross-threaded and not tight. Hood is not aligned (see gaps between hood & fendor in picture). My horn no longer works (horn gets mounted under the bumper, so I assume they either did not transfer it from the old bumper, or forgot to plug it in).

Guarani’s finished my bodywork very quickly and it looks beautiful. They went above and beyond and repaired scratches adjacent to the main damage that were not part of the insurance claim. I suspect the GEICO Express folks would have insisted that was an extra cost or claim. Very friendly and efficient. Do be aware that they have a policy of not involving the insurance company if parts cost slightly more than quoted. This makes sense- especially if you have a deadline, because it can be a big delay. Also, they prefer checks and have you cover the processing fee (2%) if you use a credit card. Typical for these shops, but it’s good to be prepared. I would absolutely use them again, especially if I were covering my own damage:)
