After taking my car there for accident repair my trunk lid doesn’t open right. Panel alignment is off. But worst of all my rim was cracked. They didn’t catch it, even after I told them there was a problem. They said they balanced it. IT WAS CRACKED! Now I have to fight with my insurance company to try to get a new rim. Never buy another or take my car there again. Disappointed.

Austin Rhodes really did a wonderful job coordinating our repair. I could not be happier with the results. Got in a fender bender and Hood, grill, and and side mirror had to be repaired. They got it done in less than a week and it looks like the damage was never there.

Customer service was great - everyone there was great. I worked with Joe Horvath, who explained everything well and kept me updated and answered any questions I had.
