Dave was very unprofessional. Had an appointment set with him for 2:30 p.m. When I arrived, he said he had no knowledge of the appointment. So I called my company and the voice recording where he confirmed his first and last name for the appointment yesterday. I replayed it to him and asked if that was his voice spelling out his name and confirming the appointment, he said yes that's me. I asked him so you don't remember setting an appointment yesterday? Knowing he was clearly lying. Would never recommend anyone to do business with someone who would blatantly lie when confronted with the truth. Find a different shot that has an owner who will at least be honest. UPDATE: Take a look at the classy response from the owner so you know who you will be dealing with should you choose to have your car serviced as this location. Rather than offer an apology, he will make a direct insult.

I'm the idiot who always took his car to the dealer for service, thinking the work was better. Not any more. Dave (owner) and crew are fantastic! I had never been to his shop before when I called him about a minor headlight issue ($500 fix at dealer). He told me how to fix it myself, and said if I wasn't successful he'd do it. I asked him how much it would cost- he said he wouldn't charge me for something that just took him a minute to do. Dave won me over right then and there. Since then, I've taken my MDX and Civic to him for maintenance and repairs. They have your car back to you very quickly, and take more care with it than anywhere else I've been. Dealer shops would frequently misdiagnose (all in the spirit of up charging), leave scratches, grease, etc. Not at H-car... It comes back the way you took it in but fixed correctly the first time. I can't say enough good things about them. I fully trust their recommendations and work. One of the few honest shops around.

Mr. Dave is the best! I trust him 100% with my car and Tell all my friends about his business! I refuse to go anywhere else! It’s refreshing to have a mechanic I can totally trust. He’s friendly, professional and honestly just a good person. Even when I bring my young son in with me, he greets him and treats him with the same kindness and respect that he shows adults. Also, I’m not very familiar with “car stuff” and he explains it to me so I can understand with out feeling like I’m asking a “silly question” He’s the best!

My husband and I have been going to H Car Repair for well over ten years now! The owner, Dave, is truly an honest and knowledgeable mechanic that actually wants to fix the problem and get your car back on the road as quickly as possible AND at a reasonable price. He has done everything for us from oil changes to a complete engine replacement. Top and best Honda car repair shop in town! H Car Repair has been servicing our family’s Honda cars for years and their work is simply excellent. There is no concern about overcharges or recommending work that is not warranted. On more than 1 occasion Dave and Anthony have told us that we did not need the maintenance work that we thought needed to be done. These guys are honest, knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

Dave is the best! He and his staff are very honest and knowledgeable about Honda cars. They are very reasonable and transparent with their prices so you don't have to worry about whether you are paying too much for a service. I have been going to them for about 5 years, my 2008 Honda Accord has almost 300,000 miles and still runs like a champ under Dave's care and routine maintenance. I am highly satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone who has a Honda vehicle.

H Car Repair is a hidden gem. This is how a mom & pop shop ought to be run. Dave is a Honda master tech and he and his staff only do Hondas/Acuras. They quote a very reasonable price, use only high quality OEM Honda parts, and complete the job to standard in much less time than other shops would. Best of all you have a Weinerschniztel or Jack in the Box next door in case you get hungry! I would recommend H Car Repair without any hesitation.

My family takes all of our Hondas and Acuras here. Unless its a must to go to Stealership I trust Dave to work on my cars. My transmission service was less than half of what Acura quoted me and he uses genuine Acura parts. I used to use horizon Honda which is not the same anymore . This is the best shop hands down .
