Brought my car here 6months ago they kept it for 3 days charged me $700 everything was good until a few days ago the same light came up so i took it to another mechanic to get a second opinion and happens to be that light is not that expensive as they charged me also for them to keep the car 3 days and not even pass a year for the light to turn on again!!VERY DISAPPOINTED WILL NEVER GO BACK I DONT TRUST THAT SHOP NOMORE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ,I should of read reviews first before going i only went there because it was closer to my house.

I just need to change 2 tiers It’s took 90 min The worker drove 3 times to another tire shop to bring 2 tiers He literally go to another place to fix my problem Then take money So I don’t know how they call themselves tires shop When they can’t even fix it in there store? Been last week with same issue Different car It’s took 12 min Bad service.

Took my car in for a timing belt job and it cost me about 390. About a week later I check my car and spark plug wells are full of oil and power steering hose isn't even tightened down. The oil in the spark plugs also soaked into the rubber in the wire set and it couldn't fit properly. Took the car back on my dad's advice and after demanding a bit they chose to replace the valve cover gasket, spark plugs, and the wire set. Got it back today and found the power steering still leaking and a nut missing on my alternator. Mechanics don't seem to focus and keep missing small things that can cause big problems. I will from now on be doing my own work and will never return nor recommend it to anyone.

Fake reviews. This place would steal from you! They have robbed me for the last time! Do yourself a big huge favor, you need tires go to America's Tires, if you need a mechanic, go anywhere else. Save your money and headache!

Last June my daughter had engine overheating. 10/14 it was taken in for overheating. Again two weeks later same trouble. Total cost over $900. December her car quit. Mechanic told her problem was hose. Cost $500. I called my nephew and he checked the motor. He found sand in the motors spark plugs. Sabotage. Alejandra is sweet but mechanics are untrustworthy.

Picking my wife's car up In my home driveway. Doing the service work and bringing it back. A long history of trust from father to daughter and her husband. Went in to patch a tire ended up costing me to replace a whole tire. He damaged my whole tire trying to remove it. Tire has a big gnash on the sidewall of it that was never there. Now costing me 200$ for a New tire. Still charged me to pay for the patch up that wasn’t even necessary anymore. I do not recommend

Most wonder person to attend to your every car need. Ask for Alec, she rocks. Brought in my girlfriend's car to get new tires. She was fast about finding the perfect tires for my budget and car. They were fast putting them on and making sure my brakes and rotors were cool too. A couple months later, we blew a tire with a metal spike on the FWY and Alec being the rock star she is, gave us a nice discount on the replacement to help us out. Then a few months later after that, we kept hearing a weird noise coming from the wheel that was replaced. Me thinking that it might of been the placement of the tire service, I called and they said bring it in ASAP. They check it out and found that it was the wheel bearing was damaged from wear and tear, most likely manufacturer defect. She said to take it the Ford dealership where we bought it and that it would be covered by the warranty. She never even charged us a diagnosis fee or anything. And guess what, it was the wheel bearing and covered by the warranty. I absolutely love Alec and Pomona Tire Center. They are good priced, honest, fast, reliable, very knowledgeable, customer friendly and did mention they were honest!

This location cannot provide a tire patch. Pretty pitiful for a tire shop honestly. Tech appeared unwilling to help, even airing up tire. I do not recommend this location. Go elsewhere.

I highly recommend this place for your auto repair needs. This is a family owned business and they are awesome. They have did work on mine and my Sons cars and we have been 100% satisfied. And most importantly they are honest and very friendly. I’ve dealt with Joseph and Trinidad and they are both Awesome people. We are so happy we found them. ❤️
