The store that is supposed to open at 5am hasn't opened before 5:45 once since it's grand opening it's a shame I see people paying customers waiting standing out side and walking away with out a penny spent why not just say the store opens when the clerks feel like opening and the wanna be white boy who dresses like a clown and has the worst customer service skills I have ever witnessed he made a customer stand out side the store for over thirty min while he walked around the premises smoking pot and cig oops I mean emptying what he claimed was trash

Don't know what I just paid for! Got the special which included tires/rims. As you can see, they are filthy. A lot of dirt/salt left on my car.

Are your self bays ever open? The past few times I’ve gone they’ve been closed! Self bags should be 24/7 like they are everywhere else! Ridiculous 530pm on a Sunday afternoon and you’re closed!

Ultimate Pretender-Gamers
There is one clerk an older woman who is very rude I walked up to tell her which pump and how much and she doesn't pay attention stood there for about a good 5 minutes waving saying hello she finally then looked up and gave me an attitude. I then go to fill up standing there and she is just sitting there I wave to her and she yells at me like im doing something wrong. Bottom line I don't go there anymore very rude cashier.

Carwash and small store located at the end of exit 5 of rt 213 Methuen, Ma. My dentist is also 2 buildings over and they are a great office with multiple DAD'S and hygienists and taking patients, Merrimack Dental.

This gas station has one of the rudest clerks I have ever met. After filling up my car with my credit card, I pressed for a receipt, but I found that the pump machine does not print receipts and instead directs you to the clerk. I waited behind the register for a good 5 minutes until the clerk looked up and askedmy business, so I asked for my receipt. Then the clerk started berating me about how I didn't tell her the pump number. First of all, if their pump machine printed receipts I wouldn't have to deal with going to the clerk. On top of that, the clerk was extremely rude. The woman clerk acted as if she had no idea which pump my car was located at, when there were no cars in the station except mine. Avoid this place if you can. It will ruin your day/night.

I went to there for a car wash I paid for a basic wash and because I paid for a basic wash and didn’t tip the guy they didn’t throw any water soap on my vehicle. Did just hit the start button and let my car go through without spraying my car with water or soap Very very unprofessional and there’s no supervisor or manager at the location to talk to

Good Old Haffner's ! Overall, their fuel is always inexpensive compared to most others. This particular gas station seems as though it's always, Extremely Busy. Especially because it sits right off of the Rte 213, entrance and exit ramps and also due to being positioned beside " The Loop " which is a Huge, Shopping Center & Movie Complex, surrounded by many restaurants, a Home Depot, a Stop n Shop and lots more. Sometimes you may have to wait 5 minutes but never more. They have quite a few pumps, a Car Wash and Vacuums too.

Convenient to get to from the highway. Lots of pumps, but they’re a little tight together, so you may have trouble if the station is busy. Also on the pricier side because of the location.

I live up the road from this Haffners and their gas seems to be least expensive. They also have the best car wash I've been to. And if you pay at the pump with a card, they give you the option to pay for your car wash, and even knock off a few cents per gallon for gas! Real nice little store there now too. Their pretty busy at times, but that's because this place is one of the best gas stations in the area.

I still do not understand why they charge so much between cash and credit. To me it's a sign of greed. And discharge is per a gallon. Otherwise it's a comfortable place that only screwed one of my clients once but I haven't had much to do with them professionally only to get some gas. The prices are reasonable. And this is true for the most part. The facilities are clean. And they are right of the main highways in the facilities that I've seen. I would still return there but I'm not impressed with their corporate culture

The station condition itself is great. The entrances and exits could be more clearly defined to help alleviate minor traffic issues on the main road. Prices can be high sometimes due to the fact that paying with a cash costs less than paying with a card does. The convenience store and upgrades to the pumps were a great addition. If they can work on lowering their prices a bit or removing the credit card prices, it would be even better.

I’ve been a car wash member for about two years now I would say, Sometimes they don’t do they job correctly, when coming inside the wash they don’t tell you which way to go left or right when you put you’re car on the tracks and that can mess up you’re tires. They also sometimes don’t wash your car correctly they just try too hury and get you up out of there. They won’t go all the way around the car. With that being said when you approach them and tell them about it they get mad. It’s only this location specifically. I just went in today and they said I can’t to this location, dude just do you’re job correctly!. I pay a membership that allows to me go to every location. I need answers from HR. Please contact me thank you.

The Car Wash / Elevator Fanatic
The wash itself was ok, but it did leave some soap on our car afterwards. Didn’t rinse well at all. Probably won’t come back, which is disappointing, as Haffner’s usually had great washes.
