Scheduled appointment online for 6pm on a Thursday, they are open until 7pm. Received a confirmation text and email that my appointment was confirmed. I arrived at 5:55pm to my scheduled appointment and the place was closed. I called the number and the phone just kept ringing. I double checked the hours of operation that they had on their door and it was the same as online, open until 7pm. Will never come here again.

I showed up at 7:30 am for a 7:30 am appointment and the front desk employee was very rude. I was treated like an inconvenience for simply showing up when the store opened. The rudeness continued for the duration of my visit. It’s disappointing because my first experience there a couple of years ago was a good one. Different employees that time.

I have purchased many sets of tires from this business many times in the past. I have ALWAYS been extremely satisfied with the availability, pricing, and installation services and this most recent visit was no different. I knew I needed new tires soon and a slow leak in one of my tires forced me to wait no longer and visit the shop this past Saturday. Not only did the proprietor review my existing tires and recommended new & affordable replacements, he was able to make an appointment for me the very next morning (a Sunday morning no less). During the inspection of the previous tires the mechanic was sharp enough to see that the dealership that I purchased the car from placed 2 different size tires on my vehicle which very well could have contributed to an accelerated wearing of the tires. They correctly replaced all 4 tires and had my vehicle ready for pick up within about an hour and 1/2 of when I dropped it off. A very trustworthy and honest business that you too, should utilize. My first time here, I didn't call or have an appointment (Friday evening after Labor day) I was in and out within minutes on a new tire to match my existing tires. The lady and gentleman at the front desk, whom I didn't catch their names, were prompt and courteous. Just like that you have a new loyal customer. Honestly I've been using town fair tire for over 25 years and no town fair tire within 25 miles could help me. "Double booked for the entire week" I dont even know what that means!

Wanted to replace tires on my vehicle before winter. Although I interrupted the lunch hour, I was treated respectfully and quickly. Given estimate for four tires, mounted and balanced... A bit more than I expected BUT, in and out in less than an hour! Definitely a more pleasant visit than the one I had several years ago. Warranty info explained and on the road again.

I made an appointment for a tire valve replacement specifically I couldn't go because I was taking care of my husband who has a disability. I sent my son and they gave him a new tire. I called the next day and I explained what happened. It took me three hours to get through someone. They finally called me back. I said I needed the vehicle to transport my husband who has ALS to an appointment they would not listen to me they hung up the phone. It was a horrible experience. I do not have the extra funds for a new tire. It was very unprofessional. They never called me back.

The girl at the front counter was extremely rude to me , I had an appointment and everything. She seemed like she doesn’t like Her job and was clearly avoiding helping me with my tire. Refused to help me put on my spare and then would not let me change it in the parking lot and told me to take it off the property I had to change it on the side the busy street . I was not rude I was not using a tone I was looking for help during a bad situation . My family will take our vehicles elsewhere and I would advise anyone from going to tire warehouse . They don’t care .

I called up to make an appointment. The person on the phone with me extremely nice. Before disconnecting with him, he told me to please hold an order for the manager to talk to me. The manager picked up the phone and greeted me very nicely. Then he asked me why I was calling. I was a bit confused because I just explained what I needed done as as well as confirm confirming the appointment. He then guessed my name which of course was wrong and I asked him if he knew what I needed and if not, why. He then proceeded to tell me that it was the call Center and he had no idea why I was calling. I explained to him that there should be no reason why I should explain myself again in that there shouldn’t be a cold handoff. He proceeded to tell me that he was sorry and that he had no control over that. I disagreed and told them to cancel my appointment. I am just gonna go somewhere else if I have to explain myself again

I went to tire warehouse and got an estimate. I felt it cost too much. I did check out another place (Sam's Club) was cheaper but they were rude and stripped my lug nut and couldn't change the tires. Took them an hour to tell me that. So I went back to Tire Warehouse. I got there at 6:10 pm and done by 6:40. Service was good and fast.

Darren and Nelson at the Lowell Ma Tire Warehouse were able to provide excellent service. They showed great honesty and integrity when they informed me that I could call Town Fair Tire to see if I had "Road Hazard Coverage" for the tire I needed replaced that Town Fair Tire installed 3 months ago when they could have just secured a sale with me. We found out that Town Fair never offered the Road Hazard Coverage, couldn't service my vehicle for 2 days, and was $100 more expensive for the same exact tire that Tire Warehouse had for me in Lowell. While Darren was servicing me at the register and informing me on the details of the Road Hazard Coverage that Tire Warehouse offers, Nelson had the tire changed, balanced and installed before I could even swipe my card. I will always service my vehicle at Tire Warehouse in Lowell Ma.

Kim and her “family”/staff were professional and courteous! I needed a plug put into my tire not only was that done quickly, but they also made sure all of my tires were full of air and also let me know that anytime I needed air. I could swing by and they would do it for free. Excellent experience I highly recommend them. The price was right as well.
