Outstanding all around service! I had my vehicle towed to Mavis after getting a flat tire and not having a spare in my car. Mavis Manager Eric took care of my issue immediately. Tire was replaced quickly and priced exactly as quoted by Eric. Tire technician was fast and complete. Turn around time was even quicker than quoted. Thanks for everything.

I was only planning on getting new tires at Mavis, however I was impressed with how helpful and informative their workers were with me, specifically Nathan. Even when I mentioned I was going to have any additional work done at a different shop that I'm already familiar with, he took the time to explain quirks of my car to me, and things I should let any shops know in the future. That honesty won me their business, and I'll be taking my car here more often from now on.

Nathan and the team were able to fit us in same day for a tire repair after calling in the afternoon about concerns for my mom’s repeat low tire pressure from likely a hole/leak. They were very nice and troubleshooted other issues that they found so that we were able to get everything fixed so she was safe to drive out of town next day. Not a first time customer and will be back for any tire issues.

Walked in and was immediately treated like an idiot. I called in the morning to see if they had any availability for the day. The guy on the phone says to call back at 12:45. At that point I say “Okay well I need to know if you guys can get me in today because I would leave work early.” They said “Yes we can we are open until 5”. Around 12:45 I happen to be driving in the area so I stop by. The guy, Nathan, at the front desk is the one who I talked to on the phone. I tell him that I called that morning and that I was in the area, so I stopped by instead of calling back. He says “I’m still busy, you can call back later and see but we’ll probably have to make an appointment”. I said that is completely alright and asked if they meant an appointment for today. Nathan said, “No it would be for tomorrow”. I told him that I left work because they said they could get me in today. At this point I was still being patient with him but he started to speak an a very condescending tone, looking at me superciliously. He says, “that’s why I told you to call me back at 12:45.” I said “Oh well I thought you guys said that you could get me in today over the phone.” He starts telling me they never said that. Instead of acknowledging that they may have been a miscommunication he starts patronizing me, saying “well I told you to call me back at 12:45” At that point I ask him why he’s treating me like an idiot. He says he’s not and he does not know what I am talking about. I told him that his facial expression’s and tone were really rude, and that I don’t appreciate it. At that point he said “I’m sorry, I’m really expressive” realizing that he was acting extremely inappropriately, especially for a professional environment. He started speaking to me like a normal person, but at that point I no longer wanted to receive my services there. Nathan should not have a public facing position if he cannot handle a simple interaction such as this. I hope he’s able to work on that, it’s a shame I had to drive up to Nashua to get my car done instead.

Eric is truly the reason I’m safely back on the road right now. I’m a student who had been putting off getting my brakes done for a while, then ended up with a flat tire on top of it, and I came in honestly stressed because I thought I was about to face a bill I couldn’t afford. From the moment I explained my situation, he treated me with kindness, patience, and zero judgment. He took the time to actually listen, worked with me on the price more than he had to, and made something possible that I really didn’t think was going to be. Not only did he help me financially, but the work on my tires and brakes was done perfectly and my car feels safe and smooth again. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and takes pride in what he does instead of just trying to make money off someone in a tough spot. I walked in overwhelmed and walked out relieved and beyond grateful. There are still good, honest people out there, and Eric is definitely one of them. I got two new tires at the Lowell location last week, but the new ones were put on the rear of my front wheel drive car. I called them back and spoke to Doug, who advised me to come back in to get them rotated at no charge. When I went back, it was super-busy with a line for service the entire hour I spent there. Doug apologized to the folks waiting and maintained a pleasant and helpful attitude. Great customer service and the price was better than any other tire warehouse in the area.
