Stay away from these guys! Would only accept cash with no receipt being towed from side of the road. The state police barracks approved all my papers to get the truck back From them, then the owner(a tow truck driver mind you) dismisses that the police authorized all my paper work and would not let me take the truck. Not to mention, I called the day before they gave me a price of 275.00 for pick up, some how the next day, it jumped up to $950.00 (even though I had the cash they requested a day earlier) some how the price more then doubled. Now mind you I have explained I use the truck to make a living with, they insulted me numerous times and everyone of the guys down there I spoke to in some way insulted or bold face lied to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AS YOU MOST LIKELY WONT LEAVE PAYING LESS THEN $1000.00 CASH ONLY!

First I have to share how WONDERFUL Mike my tow truck driver was. He was quick and efficient when getting myself, son and vehicle to safety while stranded on I-495 outside of Boston. NOt only that but he personally went out of his way on his own time, with his own vehicle and got us safely in a local hotel while we awaited to get our repairs done. MIKE you are a hero. Now for the not so good news. The woman in the office was rude and unhelpful. I hope her mother never gets stranded, broken down in a strange place with no one to help her. I was told that no one could look at my vehicle until after the holiday weekend as everyone was already on vacation and this was the Friday before Labor day. That meant staying in a local hotel for 4 days with the added expense. I was told on Tuesday that they could not actually fix my vehicle but was to pay them $300 IN CASH (credit or debit cards and personal checks are not accepted be WARNED) in order reclaim my vehicle and have it towed to someone that could actually fix it. When I asked her where I was supposed to locate that kind cash she told me that was my problem. If it had not been for the kindness of Mike I would totally give this place a 0 start rating. FYI All Pro Exhaust was able to fix my vehicle and get me on the road that same day..................He truly cares about stranded strangers from out of town. Hats off to All ProExhaust

We had an agreement to pick up my car from an auction and they said 75$ Per hour and I was OK. But when I called them couple hours after they said they will not do it and just lost my time. Answer your comment: I keep my promises and never let the people down after an agreement. And the app is required by the auction because of the Covid-19 not by me. If you do your business like in 20-th century whit the only purpose to make little more money... you have a problem... If I can give you a little tip it’s: never try to cheat and never blame a costumer, because I was about to pay you even more of what we spoke. Good luck And I called you just once...

This place has become much better since they got rid of the super rude old woman. Although the customer service has drastically improved, the prices for towing and storage fees, etc. are still very expensive. Obviously if the cops have it towed there you have no choice (which they know and take full advantage of) but to pay whatever they say. If you’re looking to call for a tow on your own accord, I would suggest looking elsewhere!

Worst place ever! mad rude scam artists. pretty sure they illegally towed me. When found out where I worked they asked if I would call them to let them know if people were parked in our parking lot said they would give me $20 for every car I had towed to them. Asked if he could call me sometime. So unprofessional. Please be careful. They def. over charge and don't do everything legally.

I got my car serviced there after an accident. When I got my car back my lug nut key lock was missing. I called Stuart’s and they told me that they don’t have it even though that’s the only spot it could be. Now they are charging me $80 for a replacement. Ridiculous. Also the front desk staff is quite rude. Update: I went there today and they had my lug nuts after trying to charge me for them.

Women should not go to this business. Or anyone for that matter. The middle aged man (I believe the owners son) was very comfortable being aggressive towards me and another woman onTWO separate occasions. Gross display of disrespect and completely unprofessional. If you need automotive services go elsewhere.

I know most people deal with a towing company under bad circumstances. I can say they were very kind after my accident and very accommodating about me getting my personal belongings out of the vehicle. They were very upfront about the fee per day.

Car needed to get towed after it wouldn't start and none of the other services would answer their phone. Stuart's had someone out to me in 20 minutes. The guy towing my car asked what was wrong. Helped me work on it, fixed it, and got me to the dealership on my own wheels. Very professional and helpful guy. I can't vouch for everyone else's experiences but I was very pleased to get the help I did.

Stuart's was very good to me during a tough time. We unfortunately had a bad accident that resulted in a total loss. Stuart's called me after my car was there for a few weeks to make sure my insurance company picked it up before charges would come way. In addition, the tow truck driver was very friendly and made us feel comfortable.

Helped me out and towed my bike off the side of Rt3 when I had a rear flat. Sergio was great, friendly, and fast! Took really good care of my bike when loading and unloading.

In what was a very difficult time for us, Kevin Sr. (owner) took great care of us from letting us sit in his truck in the cold weather to connecting us quickly with insurance to access the damage. We live out of state, and he was very helpful in cleaning out the car and packing our stuff away for pickup. We are so grateful to him for his kindness. Folks, this is a good man. We recommend him highly.

Today at 4 o'clock pm I was there to pick up material in my van and they treated me like trash, I don't know what’s going on , the three guys who were in the back office one of them even said bad words behind me. They should train their employees how to treat people and next time I will seek my rights .

Edit - Owner/manager takes no accountability for staff's poor performance and puts the blame on the customer. Do better. Let's be honest. A 20 year city contract is cozy, but gives your staff no right to treat people how they want. Your front desk person had to work harder than normal it seems, because she stated we were the most difficult people she's worked with, along with tossing paperwork at my mother. Despicable behavior. Days storage? My tow company came and got my car by 2pm-ish. It was there for maybe 5 hours total. Clean up? Take a look at the photos. Not sure what they told you they had to clean up. And then there's the fee. On site we were told $125, then it became $265, then it was $241. And we had to wait an hour to go back to the facility because you all still had it on the truck. And your staff wanted cash only, or a business check. Fortunately, it is going through the insurance after all, which isn't free last time I checked. Interesting that you all wouldn't even give us a receipt, yet had us sign paperwork, as your front desk staff bellowed off charges verbally. Your staff also was berating us when she said we could have had it towed where we wanted. We told them where we wanted it towed and they refused to tow it anywhere but Tanner st. This whole system is a scam. The only reason this company was called is because the Lowell police wouldn't wait 15 minutes for our tow company to arrive. Treat people better.

Delayed the release of my vehicle because they didn’t want to inform me of the release paperwork until after the tow truck for the insurance went to go pick it up. They wanted the extra day of storage to charge the insurance yet it just delays my whole process. Their lack of communication on this matter was the reason I decided not to get my vehicle fixed there. I had my insurance company tow it to another auto repair shop and it showed me how a repair shop should treat its customers. Stuart’s can take some notes on customer service. I’ll be sure not to use their towing services or repair shop in the future. It was a simple communication piece but it was apparent that the daily storage fee is much more valuable to them.

If i could give this place zero stars, i would but anyways. I was there recently, and i have to say that the lady up front was very rude, has an extreme attitude, it is definitely unacceptable, horrible customer service, also had her kid sitting up front eating while watching tv, super unprofessional(nothing against the kid). Definitely awful. She needs help with her attitude and better customer service.. Gave me a hard time about not receiving my documents for the vehicle, even though they did which it was a lie. She just wanted to make it as hard as possible for me. Definitely the worse towing place in the area. I find it difficult to understand how law enforcement maintains a working relationship with this business, considering the lack of professionalism observed. This business shouldn’t even be running at this point with these kind of people.

Half ass job on the car and worst customer service i have ever encountered. Got towed here after a minor collision and they couldnt even get the body work right. Not to mention the new scratches on the trunk and hood, lying about the timeline on the repair, or then missplacing my keys. If you get towed here i wouldnt engage with them unless you have 0 other options. Depressing environment and people.
