I only went there to get a sticker but I didn't have to wait only like 20 minutes I was pretty amazed because I didn't have an appointment and they were right on it very prompt and experienced lots of smiles and a good overall feeling I need some work done and these guys will be getting it I recommend them highly

I came to have my tires installed and the attendant (Bobby) told me it’s $120 then I asked if they can take $100. The guy walked away telling me “go have it fixed elsewhere” actually i was going to accept and pay $120 but the way he walked away I will never go back there. I would rather pay high price elsewhere than being disrespected by someone.

My car got towed there because it is AAA approved. After waiting for 2 hours and asking multiple times how long it would take to look at the car, they looked for 5 mins and said the motor was trash. They should not be AAA approved, I wasted my entire morning, they dont care about your time or if you have to work later in the day. After all this all that was said to me was “i have a full schedule today” there was only 1 mechanic working and if they had taken 3 minutes when we first got the car towed there to check the car, we wouldn’t have wasted all day there. Got it towed to another mechanic, needless to say I don’t recommend and will not waste anymore money here.

I've been bringing my car here for the last couple of years, and they've always been up front and honest. As a woman, mechanics can sometimes be frustrating to deal with and these guys are informative and awesome with estimates! Last fall, a part they'd installed turned out to have a defect, and they replaced it for no charge, even when I offered to pay the labor. I highly, highly recommend them.

I've been bringing my car here for about 3 years now . Although all cars are gonna have there issues I feel like this place knows what's up ND they'll explain what's wrong and there honest people. I used this shop as they were AAA affiliates, and needed a tire replacement close to home. It was my first time using this shop, and I can say now it won't be my last. Boy, did I luck out. They were friendly and reassuring on the phone, took my car right away, and even provided a much cheaper option for me to replace my tire to save me some money. They did an excellent job. Massachusetts General law states : "No seller in any sales transaction may impose a surcharge on a cardholder who elects to use a credit card" Shop is overpriced on top of it. Paid close to 150 extra for the same service a year ago at another shop.

Middlesex Tire & Auto is definitely my "go to" spot for all my vehicle needs. Had a AAA inspection of a truck I wanted to buy a few years back, they inspected it for me, I bought it, and the rest is history. Bobby is honest, fair and very customer service oriented. Brought my car in because the tire was making noise told them it was possibly the ball joint they told me it was fine and I had nothing to worry about now my car is sitting in impound cause my tire fell off it was indeed the ball joint now I have to spend way more than I would have.
