Took a month to replace my head gasket, had the car back for 24 hours, and it broke again and he said it's not his fault. Now my car is screwed and I had to pay $533 to this idiot. Never take your car here.

The worst place you could go to for getting your car fixed. They will have your car done 5 days after they said they will have it done..and when they say its done it isnt even fixed right. They want to charge you more money then they quoted you from the beginning. NEVER GO TO HAGENS EVER!!!!!

The rear end wheels axle was replaced on my vehicle it was somewhat pricey. I took my vehicle there because The oil showed low pressure. After fixing low pressure i drove off the lot and got up the road in which it showed no pressure again I had to take it back and have them redo the work. The owner did not want to put a oil screen in and I had to purchase it myself so he would put it in that's why I am giving them only 3 stars.

We've used Hagen's twice now. We're not from the area and they were on our Car Shield list. The first time, he had us in and out within a couple hours! The second time, we were about 30 minutes away and threw a major code so we had it towed to him. Even though he was swamped, he diagnosed it the next day and found that it was just a loose battery wire! He was completely fair on price and didn't try to screw us over which is rare! Highly recommend them!
