This place is awesome. Of all the tire shops I’ve been to, this is the most responsive, quick, and reasonably priced place. I was searching for a shop to get an alignment done since I just got new tires installed and noticed that my front tires were wearing unevenly. I called them up and they were upfront that the cost for my particular car was more expensive if they need to adjust the rear alignment given the additional panels they need to removed. This was a similar response I got from 5 other shops I called for quotes. I decided to give this place a go. Showed up on Saturday morning at opening and was immediately greeted as I was parking the car. He gave me a quote that matched what I heard over the phone so I gave the go ahead. He asked for the keys and immediately got to work (mind you, I had not even stepped into the lobby and this all happened in the parking lot). He said it would take somewhere between 30-60 mins. At the end of the service, only the front tires needed adjustment. It took half the time (30mins) and they only charged me half the price. Overall, I highly recommend this shop. It’s amazing to finally find a tire shop that is: - reasonably priced (cheaper than most other places I called) - fair, honest - super fast, responsive - no long waits like other shops or needing to leave your car there all day (at least for my particular visit) While I was there, I also paid attention to all the other customers that came and went in the 30 mins. It was amazing to see how efficient and courteous these guys were. 1 person was in and out for a flat repair in less that 10 mins. Another person came in for new brakes but was told that his brakes were still good, no replacement needed. All these examples were positive confirmations that this place is awesome. I’m coming back again just to support them.

I looked for the closest tire place with the highest average rating that had a significant number of reviews. Han Kook popped up and I went there right away to fix my flat. Lo and behold they lived up to and even exceeded my expectations. The first thing about this shop is that you get an immediate sense of honesty. That's hard to get with any kind of car mechanic in the Bay. They tell you exactly what happened, exactly what went wrong, and what they can do to fix it. They don't overcharge, they are very fair, very quick and efficient. The gentleman even told me I can come back in the next few days to check if there any changes in tire pressure in the other front tire (on a front wheel drive). This will be my tire shop for as long as I live in the Bay area. Definitely 5 star service

SCAM watchout! I went in for low tire pressure and oddly they "found" nails in my tires in specific places that cannot be repaired AND they had the exact diagram to explain it. Smells like a scam desperate for business and now I had perfectly good tires that are punctured!!! People are incredible!

I have a 2020 Toyota Camry and it was making a weird noise every time I was coming to a stop, I brought it in to get it checked out and Jin helped me out. He had an idea what the problem might be and it turned out to be my wheel barring he was so much help and fixed it. Also he is a very honest and nice guy he was very busy but was able to fit me in the schedule and fix it within a couple days. I Will definitely be coming back if I have any other car problems in the future, this shop is honest reliable and does quality work.

This is my second visit to Han Kook Tires today. I usually don't spend time writing a second review to a business establishment but I'm compelled to do so for Han Kook Tires. Why? Because of their excellent customer service that they have provided to me for two consecutive visits. I found a nail in my rear tire today, and Owen (I think that is the name of the gentleman who helped me) quickly attended to me though he's busy enough. He explained that the nail punctured closed to the wall of the tire and may not be repairable. Having said that, he still gave it a try to repair and it was successful. All this is done within 20 minutes if not sooner. Not only he repaired my tire, he inspected the other 3 and gave me some suggestions to replace the front two worn tires as well, without making any sales pitch to purchase the tires from them. I am beyond happy and I can honestly say that, as long as I live in this area (which I have moved to 10 years ago), I will not go anywhere else for tire service except Han Kook Tires. Owen, you have done a fantastic job to impress a customer like me today. I'm not sure if you are the owner of this tire shop but if you are, your excellent service makes you stand out from the crowd.
