This place deserves a good review. I know allot about cars and when a mechanic is trying to screw you over with unnecessary repairs. These guys are very honest and will not recommend any unnecessary repairs. My brake pads were replaced the same day, less than 90 minutes, at a good price. Will return for furture service without a doubt

I have an old Acura 97 model 3.2 TL and had some serious issues with radiator and thermostat. My car was fuming and i was concerned if i will have to dump my car. I am so glad I found Radiator Land. They completely fixed my car; at a much lower price than others and have done a fantastic job. My car runs fine and I think I have saved myself lot of grief in not having to buy a new car. I am very thankful to them and will gladly recommend them to anyone.

Toyota dealer told me to prep for a new car because my 04' Corolla had an engine leak that eventually wouldn't be worth a repair. Found Autoland online and Craig and the team took great care of me. I'm really picky regarding my cars, and the people that I have work on them. After just a few repairs, I can trust Autoland very easily (have I mentioned the very reasonable pricing? I haven't. It's very reasonable.) They tell you the straight and true reason for everything they suggest or mention, and they are patient and explanatory if you aren't as up to speed on cars and their parts as they are. If you are an enthusiast, they treat you with respect (as long as you reciprocate that of course, I am assuming.) It's been a great experience every time, I'd recommend this shop to my enthusiast friends and that's high praise.

I had a great experience at Autoland-Santa Clara. As a female, I needed to find a auto repair shop I could trust, I did not know where to turn when my car broke down, a co-worker told me about Autoland-Santa Clara. I didn't make an appointment, but as soon as I arrived, the staff was attentive, professional and they fixed my car right away. They didn't overcharge me or try to cheat me. The Autoland staff gave me good advice regarding my car issues. They even told me about my future car maintenance needs which I really appreciated. I want to tell everyone especially you ladies, if you have a problem with you car, please go to Autoland-Santa Clara first. Autoland will treat you right. They will give you reliable auto repair advice and service for your car problem and they charge a fair, competitive price, which I love. Lastly, I trust them to take care of my car, so I can be back on the road or back to work quickly. Try them first, you will be happy you did. I am.

Took my Jeep for a brake replacement. The price was the best among all 9 shops I called around the area. The service is on point and they got my car in time for me to travel despite being really busy and me not notifying them about dropping off my car. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

I took my radiator in to see if it could be repaired and was told that the charge would be $185. I was also told that I would be more if it needed a new core but I would be called and informed. It was a Thursday when I dropped off the radiator and was told I would receive a call the following day. I never got a call until Tuesday informing me that I can pick it up. When I went to the shop I was told the charge was $762 for the repair when I ask why so much Greg said it needed a new core. I told him why didn’t you call and inform me his reply was “you didn’t get a call” I said no. He said he has been out sick and apologized. I told him I could have bought a brand new radiator for the same amount he charged me. Needless to say I would not recommend AutoLand to anyone. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

I’ve been doing business here for the last few years. When you show up, you’re not just a customer, you are a client. Brandon and Greg are a tremendous duo who will tell you straight what is wrong with the vehicle and will work with you to get the car operational. If they can’t fix it, they know someone who can and will refer you to good quality speciality shops that can get the job done efficiently. The guys here do what they love and love what they do. Always great prices and great value. If my vehicle ever breaks down, my first call is to Autoland.

Worst service ever. Had a bad experience earlier also when I got my brakes replaced and they always made noise when I backed the car and braked. But this time Greg was determined to rip me off. When I asked him to tell me the charges for a normal service, he said he doesn’t know. He needs to talk to the mechanic. Later he called me that I need tyre replaced. I said yes. He charged me $1050 for 3 replaced tires and a regular service for a Honda accord. Also refused to tell me the credit card payment charges. But still had the audacity to say “See you next time”. Lol. Don’t get yourself ripped off guys. Try somewhere else. You will see similar complaints made by other people too here.

Super honorable shop. Can't recommend enough. The engine work on my old van ended up being a lot more difficult than expected. It took up a lot of their shop time and the work sounded stressful, but they kept me very well informed and charged me a lot less than they could have. They know their stuff and care about the customer. Your car is in good hands here.

I was under the impression that my brake pads needed to be replaced (heard a squeak backing up and also my dealership said I'd need to replace them soon). I left the car at AutoLand and they called me back saying they were still good, plenty of miles left on them. They could've replaced them and charge me for it and I wouldn't have known any better but they were super honest. I really appreciate that so I'll be coming back when they're actually due. Thank you!
