My first time going there and they took great care of my wife's SUV. I opted for the carpet shampoo and/seat shampoo and the air brushed dashboard/console. The car was IMACCULATE and well detailed! Will go back again!

Been taking my car is here forever for their full service. Highly recommend it. They should probably change that from “full-service” to “mini details”. There is such a good job outside and inside. Recently, I got one of my cars detailed outside… With wax and buffing. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Never knew my car could shine like that. The sad part… I’m getting this done before I wanted to put this up for sale. They did such a wonderful job taking care of all the cosmetic blemishes. It has a lister I’ve never seen before… You could not tell it has 70,000 miles on it!

I’ve been going to Happy hand car wash on west main since I’ve purchased my vehicle and have had great experiences. Jilson has washed my vehicle and provides a great customer experience. He ensures my vehicle is cleaned to perfection. Jilson even calls me over once done and allows me to review the car before pulling away and will remove any small residue I may find. Stopped in for the first time today, got a car wash with tire shine and spray wax. Turned out great and they wash by hand. No scratches very delicate. Great for a newer darker car. Good deal at $20.00 plus tip.

When I first started coming to this carwash , the service was phenomenal ! They seemed to have a great detailing service . Such an eye for perfection and the customer service was great. It made me want to keep coming back . But unfortunately , the last few times have just been horrible . The service has been atrocious . Poor customer service and my car doesnt even seem cared about . My car just looks dirtier than what I came in with. Now it just feels like I go to waste my time and money . I absolutely , do not recommend this carwash at all . Please dont even bother going . Save your time and your troubles .

They didn’t wash the pollen and dust and some leaves off my pick up truck bed. They wanted to charge me $5 extra for something it would take 20 seconds. Overall car wash was not good as well. Do not recommend.

Paid 150.00 to get my car detailed. Was told this was the price in order to get my carpets shampoo and one of my seats cleaned. They did clean the spot that was needed but not so much for the rest of the car. I touched the carpets around the car to see where it was wet and they only cleaned the spot where feet went, not the other area or carpet. Several spots outside still had dirty and salty spots that was suppose to be covered in the hand wash and dried part of both packages they charged me for. Needless to say this one 1 bad time out of many. Will I go back for more? Yes but i will this time pay very close attention to what they are doing.

I'm usually very happy with this place. They are meticulous, and respond to requests, like spot cleaning, etc. This last time, I felt they were rushing and not so responsive. Maybe it was the cold weather, but they seemed eager to just be done with the wash and dry. Let's see what happens in the spring.

Not consistent! Car smells the same as it did before, they usually spray it nicely. Vacuum was subpar and they didn’t wipe my dash or seats thoroughly. Payed $30 she tells me it’s $35 for a them to vacuum the small spaces/crevices lol accurate pictures attached.. taken right after what a joke

Unfortunately not happy with the wash. Paid the top tier wash and right out the wash bay b4 drying i inspected and had a whole area dirty. Backed in the bay again to correct it and again pulled out and still missed my passenger door. Wont return again. I came few years ago and was unhappy as well. Can’t keep giving chances. They should focus on getting the job done right the 1st time. Quality not quantity.

So the other day I decided to do something I never do. I took my car to a car wash. Happyhandcarwash was just on my way, so I decided to give them a try. I saw their prices and ask for a super interior which cost $65, I gave him $70. I must say, their waiting area is amazing, you get free tea and coffee, they have tablets for kids to play games, and they have one cool thing, a massage chair, just one, I wish they had 2 or more. But I still got my turn to use it after this other dude was on it for 35min. Anyway my car was finish in 40min. I went to check their work 😭😭😭😭 very disappointing. They told me the interior will be nice and clean, dashboard will be shiny, and the car will be smelling good. I thought they were going to super interior clean my car. They did a very basic clean. They didn't clean the cup holder inserts. Terrible!!!! That wash was not worth $65 period

This was my first time having my car washed at this place. My car is brand new didn’t need much cleaning just had a small oil spill in the trunk carpet i wanted cleaned. The man charged me $70 to clean the car “very well” and extra $10 for the oil spill. Wanted the money up front as the owner requires cash payment first as they are cash only. As I wait for my car to be washed I see signs of cards that are accepted. Car used to have new car smell, now it smells like mold. Very disappointed.

Dont waste your money here. I had written a 2 star review but just downgraded it to a 1 star. The more I find they missed & that's after the redo, the more I feel like i should have asked for a refund or spoken to a manager. They used dirty rags on my windows. Didn't wash my sunroof, back hatch or back triangle windows. Had to have them vacuum again and still they ignored so much I have to redo it myself. Like I said this is after the redo because they forgot to wipe down & vacuum SO many things. They don't have a rubber tool for dog hair like everyone else. I moved from Danbury and for less then 1/2 / the price anywhere will do a better job. In Thomaston I believe, next to Thai In Love they charge the same and spend 30 min on your interior. This place spent only 5 min! & then acted like they were doing me a favor to wipe the inside of the doors!? I'll never go back here I don't recommend this place at all.

Stopped in yesterday with a large pick up truck with a cap and ladders on. NO problem. My truck was filthy inside and out. Embarrassingly so... THEY took care of the inside and outside. Cloth seat stains gone! Vacuumed exceptionally well and even took out the plastic molded carpets and got underneath the flooring... in between the seats. The attention to full detail was certainly great! I will be back with 4 more cars soon!

Went in this morning and asked for a car wash & interior detailing stating that my seats didn’t need detailing but the rugs did due to a client spilling a whole cup of coffee in the back . Asked them how much and the man said $66.36 in which I agreed . Fast forward to about an hour later when I get in my car I noticed my car still smells like coffee 🤬 and the interior is dirty and not cleaned ! Went back and said I aid for a service I didn’t receive . My doors are dirty the interior is dirty and my car isn’t even vacuum correctly, I want my money back ! He says oh I can reclean it if you like but if u want doors clean it’s an extra charge ! WAIT WHAT ! Yes it’s $127 …. Me no no I told u I wanted it detailed and u said it’s $66.36 and that that service included the rug’s shampoo, the interior cleaned and the car wash ! He says right . I say so why are u saying interior doors are extra if I ask for a detailing service it includes the door . He said I’ll give u a free service but if u want the doors cleaned it’s extra ! I just want my money back at this point and if owner doesn’t refund me or give me the full service I paid for rugs shampoos / interior plus doors cleaned I will be disputing this with my credit card ! They have messed up before but sheesh I didn’t think they would constantly be messing up ! I’m tired of giving my money to this company only to get half the job I paid for done ! UPDATE APPARENTLY THE ONE WHOLE RESPONDED TO MY REVIEW DIDNT BOTHER LOOKING AT THE PICTURES I POSTED WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS THEY DIDNT DO ANY OF THE SERVICE I PAID FOR . I will be disputing this with my credit card company AND SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR COMPANY FOR TIPPING PEOPLE OFF ! My rugs don’t even look shampooed! Update …. Let me rephrase what I said because apparently people don’t understand English after an hour after I left I went back to complain ! TRUST ME HAD I NOTICE THE HORRIBLE JOB THAT DID AT THAT MOMENT I WOULD HAVE DEFINITELY MADE THEM RECLEAN IT THE CORRECT WAY ! Since they decided to claim that I’m wrong and they right let me add more pics because they claim vacuuming the car is part of car wash and windows
