If I wait too long to clean my car (really covered in film) then this car wash will not get it all the way clean. I did use the soft touch side this time and it did about a 90% job instead of the touchless side which usually does a 70 to 80% job. The most expensive wash is 13 bucks both sides.

Pretty good car wash, average price wit most all local washed. Has 4 bays, 2 soft touch and 2 touch free. Seems to be well maintained and has easy to use touch screen to make your selection

Good stuff! 13 bucks for their top o' the line! Actually cleans your car too, all of it anyways. Most auto washes can never clean the back part of my SUV, where the trunk meets the bumper where it makes a little shelf, this did! And cleans the snow out of the wheels pretty well. Didn't seem like much of an undercarriage wash though? That could be better maybe?

Very rough in comparison to other "soft touch" in the area. Terrible drier and very short dry times in comparison to others as well even for the top wash package. Only went here today because the other one I go to is closed for maintenance and then Wash Bar is too busy right now. I used to rate this 5 stars in the past, that has definitely changed.

Screwed out of $8 in lane three. I paid, it started the presoak, then everything shut down and broke and I had to drive through. Would’ve gotten out of the car to say something but my boyfriend didn’t want the hassle. Seems based on other reviews lane 3 has constantly had other issues

I got the soft touch $13 best available wash, I have a 2012 Silverado and washed the truck pretty well. Bad part is it doesn't seem to have touched the wheels and tires, when I got home and looked, both still have dust and dirt on them. I didn't expect perfection but a decent wash at least. Major disappointment!

The vacuum ate a $1.25 of my quarters and the quarter exchange does not work, with no indication of it not working. I wanted to try a new car cleaning spot and will never be coming again. I did speak to a manager and was told I could possibly come back tomorrow to get a refund, but I am not traveling across town again to *possibly* get a refund.

I purchased the deluxe, soft touch wash with “bug buster” included. No bugs were busted here. The dirt is gone, but there are still bugs all over the front bumper, hood, and windshield. Going back to washing it in the driveway.

The kiosk to pay didn't have any descriptions for the wash choices. It has then giant metal air blower that comes down and bangs onto the hood that you cant decline at the kiosk. The sprayers were small streams that left soap on the car. No receipt printed when requested so you cant prove you even had a wash there if I wanted to complain. Just go elsewhere

The auto car wash instructions are very confusing... Vacuums are charged and none of the unique features are available...a soap scrub and deoderizing vacuum...basically every other local car wash does more, better. Plus side, I wasn't mugged or anything.

Destroyed a 100 OEM spoiler that wasn't loose and was 100% like new beforehand. I even chose the touchless wash but the equipment caught and pulled an original part off of a collectors car damaging the vehicle and it's value.

I was pretty disappointed in the soft touch drive through wash. My truck was dirty from gravel roads, but I thought the soft touch would have done better job. It was also super tight with my Dodge 1500. It does sit a little higher than most from the airbags(no lift kit). I personally will not drive through this one again. See pictures.

Been going here for 6 years now and this place has slowly declined. No maintenance on the machines whatsoever. The dryers suck, half of the car is always wet. The power washers lost the pressure they once had and the rinse cycle still leaves soap behind on the car. In bay 3 one of the dryer nozzles is broken and has been since a few months now. There’s no reason a ceramic coated car should be this wet after being “dried”Definitely not coming back to what used to be my go to place for all of my cars. I used to use this place twice a week and everytime I run my car through it twice per visit. Not anymore. Didn’t want to write this review but seeing the lack of effort made me do it. Something as simple as replacing a dryer nozzle is being ignored. UPDATE: 1/25/25. Still haven’t fixed the dryer nozzle

If you go "too slowly" through the undercarriage wash, it turns off before your car has come all the way through. That's 80% of the reason I get a car wash. The wash can't be bothered to use an extra 10 seconds of water. The undercarriage that did get sprayed was still dirty after the wash.

For a quick clean, Happy Hippo Car Wash does the job. Their pricing is reasonable, which is a definite plus if you're looking for an economical option. You'll likely leave with a decently clean car, though it's worth noting that you may not end up with a perfectly spotless result.
