I called to get a sense of how likely a long sitting hybrid escape would have a failed traction battery. The person said it would very likely have a failed main battery. This info did not align with what I read on hybrid forums.

Had a good experience, Came out driving down I35 so fast, I almost went back in time. The wait was worth it & change my pruis transmission fluid. I am not sure his name but he was wearing happy hybrid uniform who is super knowledgeable & honest. Would come again for pruis.

I made an apt for my wife's 2011, proud to go in for past due to maintenance. I will flat out say, letting it get to that stage is my family's fault. My apt was scheduled for 9 am. We are coming from over 60 miles out. We arrived to drop her vehicle off by 9:15 on 07/072021—multiple problems at arrival. First, there was absolutely no parking available anywhere. The receptionist told me to park my vehicle on the sidewalk. Behind all of the cars already there. Which is not only illegal. But just asking to have my car hit. While turning in paperwork. Also as a business, they are still enforcing covid marking restrictions. Just to enter their business. Receptionist flat out asked me if I still had a mask in my vehicle. I told her no since the state and feds are now to the point it is a teccomendation only. They could not even get my vehicle in to be looked at. Much less anything else. I'll go back to the dealership and simply pay more than the car is worth. At least they don't make me keep a muzzle on while checking things.

I was happy with the competitive pricing and the covid precautions. I was very unhappy about the fact that they would not give me an approximate time when my car would be ready. When I called, they wouldn't even go talk to a mechanic or check the shop to get an estimate, they kept telling me it would be ready by close of business. I spent my whole day waiting on them.

Had battery issues with our Hyundai Sonata hybrid that left my husband stranded on the side of the road. Our regular mechanic recommended Happy Hybrid. Even though they were completely booked up and stuffed to the gills, HH made room for the tow truck to drop off after hours. Then they were able to replace just the one bad cell and the plug that had also gone bad. Total cost was less than 1/10 of what I had feared.

Change Your Name to Unhappy Hybrid I can confidently say that I’ve never had a more unprofessional auto repair experience. My interactions were so bad, I asked them cancel the repair. They wouldn’t answer simple pricing questions and kept reiterating to me how busy they were as if I was annoying them with my business. I wanted an oil and transmission fluid change along with an inspection. Instead, I was lectured about my check engine light and spoken down to by the manager. I’m absolutely mind blown by the positive reviews on here because my experience could not have been worse. Wow, Happy Hybrid was a fantastic find! I’ve historically used dealership but they’ve reduced their interest in hybrid services and with an inoperable car I wanted a place specializing in hybrids. From the first phone call the administrative staff, Megan, was wonderful in answering questions and even had the service manager, Mark, call to discuss my issue before scheduling a diagnostic appointment. Mark diagnosed my car a full day before my appointment and, to my amazement, had it repaired and ready for pickup within 48 hours of drop off! The stars aligned where he had a back ordered ECM on hand so that was a saving grace. Mark communicated routinely during diagnosis & repair plus was clear on the pricing and steps needed. He was also very patient with my questions. I appreciate finding a service provider to build a relationship with as hybrids are their own beast but I can’t fathom returning to ICE anytime soon.

Took my Prius in for a diagnostic and an oil change while they were at it. Whoever changed my oil filter overtightened the cap, badly. There is a spec. Follow the spec. This unfortunately is one of those errors that is not externally visible. Watching the garage staff also did not inspire a lot of confidence.
