Greg and his team have taken care of me for over 5 years. I never feel pressured to upgrade on anything and they are honest about what is best for my car with my driving needs/style. They are a friendly bunch of professionals that I trust completely to get the job done at a fair price. Love them!!!!

We had a soft truck tire yesterday. We called Youngblood Automotive; they were able to patch the tire soon after we called--this despite being a very busy shop on a Friday morning. All staff members were friendly & professional. We highly recommend this store for your automotive needs!

I received excellent service on my new tires and alignment for my truck. They made sure I had no tire-rubbing and with the new alignment, my steering wheel no longer shakes. I would recommend this shop to any friends or family if you need knowledgeable and professional service you won't go wrong with Youngblood.

Came in to Leander with our RV and arrived with an almost flat, and 2 very low tires. Leaky valve stems needed to be replaced. Got very quick service. Shortly after speaking with Rebecca, Paul showed up at the RV park and pulled all 4 wheels off and made the job look easy. Both were very courteous and friendly. Very happy with their service.

Youngblood Automotive is fantastic. We had a tricky job that required a lot of labor and they not only completed the fix but also came in under what they had quoted the cost to be. We worked with Joseph in the front office. He’s spectacular. As a female, it’s sometimes daunting to go into an automotive shop but they make you feel welcomed, heard, and respected here. They communicate well and go above and beyond. They even hid my dash cam cord for me! I was blown away that they would even take the time to think about that. Thank you Youngblood, we will be back! Please send them your business!

Took me awhile to write this review... We took our car in to have it checked awhile back. My husband had even called prior to me taking it in asking if Youngblood can help us. They said they could so I brought it in a few days later with my 3 kids with me. Upon arrival, I was asked to wait a little bit because this guy that walked in after me had been waiting awhile. The man asked politely so I agreed politely. I stood there with my 3 kids for a few minutes while the employee helped the other man, who looked to be like an employee of a tow company of some sort. After about 25 minutes, another gentleman came up to the front and asked me what I needed. I explained I needed my car checked and reset.. some minor computer issue... The guy said he would get someone to check on it, so I should have a seat in their waiting area and wait. I took my kids there and sat down and waited again. I would say another 30 minutes or so went by and nothing. The shop did not seem busy, though I wasn't in the back so sure, I can give them the benefit... Maybe they were swamped but I couldn't tell. Finally, someone came up to me and asked for my key. I handed it to him and went outside to show him where I parked. He said he would check it and be right back. I waited outside with my kids as they were getting antsy. I saw the guy walk to my vehicle, sit inside of it in the driver's seat for a little bit, then come back out. He came inside and told the front desk that it was done. I asked the guy what I owed him and he said I didn't owe anything. I was very thankful and happy. I told the guy I appreciated everything and went to my car with my kids. Upon entering the vehicle, I knew immediately that the guy had done nothing to it. It wasn't fixed. Nothing had changed. I called my husband upset because I had spent almost an hour sitting around with my 3 small children and after all that, I had not been helped. I was a fool for thanking them for not charging me. My husband told me to just come home. My time was wasted and they had the audacity to tell me they fixed my car problem for me when they did absolutely nothing. They had me sit there waiting with my 3 kids for nothing. I will never go back here nor recommend this business to anyone.

I don't usually leave reviews but thought i'd share my last visit to Youngblood auto. All in all, the experience deserves a 5/5! The service was professional, timely, and fairly priced. The staff is outstanding and I love that it's a family owned/run business. When I heard they started offering after market truck accessories I was in! Joseph and Rob did an amazing job on my 2023 Sierra. I had them install a 3.5" lift kit and my truck has never driven so smooth! I highly recommend Youngblood for any of your auto needs.

I was referred to this place over a year ago by a friend and I honestly don't regret coming here. I feel like I'm taking my car to friends rather than a (really good) bunch of mechanics. Richard & Co. are absolutely delightful and it's very obvious that they loved what they do. The prices are unbeatable, the service is incredible, and it's a tucked away little gem of a place that I don't mind waiting at, plus I get to hang out with the snakes (they're in an encasement, don't worry!) in the waiting area, which is just a little bonus. Plus, they're super quick to get things done!

Great service. Great communication. Very fair pricing. I am someone who has done maintenance on all of my own vehicles in my lifetime. Being much older now with limited space there are some things I'd prefer to let a shop do. Through multiple dealings with them they have fully earned my confidence!

Love these guys. First timer in Austin and this place was near my place. All friendly guys who welcome you when you come through the door. They dont keep you waiting long. All the workers are honest and explain work being done. Got my state inspection done here and wheel alignment and loved the print out they gave me. They were honest about me no needing to replace brake pads at the moment. And second time around took car of my tire and oil change. I love supporting honest local business.

I needed tires for a bus I drive at work. These people offer a wide variety of commercial vehicle tires and services. They are often quite busy but also very efficient. I received personal attention and timely updates on the work as it was in progress. They have a modest waiting area and some refreshments available in vending machines. Prices are competitive and work was professional. Location is directly behind the Chuck-E-Cheese pizza place...

My company car wasn’t driving nearly as smooth as it usually does and it was driving me crazy! I took it to one shop and they said everything was fine. After a week or so I couldn’t take it so I brought it by Youngblood Automotive! They were able to identify the problem and get it fixed very quickly so I was able to get back out on the road! Thanks to Kelly and her crew....my car runs ultra smooth just like it did before! I really appreciate the outstanding service! I will definitely be back and I will be recommending Youngblood Automotive to everyone I know!

Stay away that's all what I can tell you already change my tire services with Southern tire Mart there are excellent and (HONEST). UPDATE The credit You offered go to the new tires installation Your mistake not listening to customer cost me buying tires so you think you fixed the problem but I am the one pay for 2 tires, and it was one incident the second one when your alignment tech lied about the alignment and didn't fix anything and I lost the Chrome cap so instead of you have the nerves to reply you shouldn't say anything.

Stopped by for a tire change, very pleasant and quick. I had a tire with tread separation so I stopped by to get it replaced. The check in process was quick and easy; the salesman was extremely friendly. They got my truck in quickly and examined the other tires and came back with a plan of action. I knew I had one bad tire in a dually setup and originally only planned to replace one tire. The tech came back with the salesman and explained the issue with only replacing one in that situation. I agreed and they completed the repairs quickly. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience here.

I went in for an alignment and tire balance. They went above and beyond. Found my tie rods need to be replaced, so instead of doing an alignment which wouldn't last and could have made the problem worse; he explained issues/concerns. Friendly, courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

Went in for an oil change on our Diesel Pusher RV. We developed a leak, thinking it might have been an issue the Diesel Tech caused we called the manager and explained the situation. He very generously offered to take care of the issue at his expense if it had anything to do with his product or Tech. Turned out it was a known defect in the CAT 3126 Turbo Diesel oil cooler and oil filter housing! Thank you YoungBlood for your honesty and passion for customer service. You can trust them and they are very accessible just off the 35 in Pflugerville Texas.

I want to share my experience in a constructive way, because I believe businesses grow through honest feedback. While my first impression wasn’t ideal, I’m not leaving a low star rating as everyone has opportunities to learn, and I hope this review serves that purpose. I stopped by yesterday a little after noon. I knew the shop was close to closing, and since I was already driving by, I came in briefly to make an appointment to have a failing motor mount replaced. As a woman, I’m aware that it can sometimes be difficult to be taken seriously in automotive environments, so I made an effort to explain the issue clearly and directly to minimize unnecessary back-and-forth. Here’s how the conversation went: Andrew: “What seems to be the problem today?” Me: “I was driving by and know you’re closing soon. I just wanted to schedule an appointment—my right-side engine mount is collapsed. The car vibrates in Park, Neutral, and Reverse but stops in Drive.” Andrew: “Why do you think it’s the engine mount?” Me: “Because I saw it with my own eyes.” Andrew: “So either you’re a mechanic or you know a mechanic— which one is it?” I’ll leave the rest of the interaction out, as it isn’t necessary for the point I want to make. What is important is that comments like this can come across as dismissive and condescending, especially toward women who are often already fighting to be taken seriously when discussing their own vehicles. I’m sharing this because respect should be the foundation of any customer interaction regardless of gender. Please take this as an opportunity for coaching. Women are fully capable of understanding vehicle issues, and we deserve the same level of professionalism and courtesy as any other customer. I do hope my next experience is more reflective of the standards I know many shops strive to uphold.
