Everyone at Tarrytown Texaco go above and beyond to ensure my vehicle is taken care of and that I am comfortable with what they are doing all along the process. They are highly skilled and detailed with automative repairs. Their customer service is the highest in Austin. I have used them for years and would not go anywhere else. They work o my vehicle as though they are workiing on their own vehicle or a family members of their own. They provide superior service keeping value in mind.

Paid 40 bucks for a flat repair. 20 for flat repair and 20 for labor. I went back a couple of hours later because the tire that was repaired ended up getting flat again. I asked if I could get my money back since the flat was still happening. Aiden said they couldn’t give a refund since the service was still done. Yes the service was done but why pay $20 for a repair that isn’t repaired.

I’m completely horrified by the verbal abuse my co-worker received from Michael today. She has referred Tarrytown Texaco to many of us at work and always had a great experience. Michael does not need to be working with the general public in any kind of service capacity, her experience was beyond disturbing to all of us.

I have a fleet of cars and this is the only place I trust to work on my vehicles. They have honest service and never try to sell you on bogus repairs. They do a great job in a timely manner and their prices are cheaper than the stealership. The workers are knowledgeable and courteous and provide an entertaining environment to hang out while they tend to your car. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Neither should you!

Went in for an inspection on my Subaru WRX, quick and friendly service with good prices. My only gripe was when the mechanic took my car to get inspected. Instead of driving the car around the lot to the service bay normally, he revved the car and drove it off hard for 4-5 minutes on streets behind the shop before returning it to the service bay. This may be normal procedure to drive the car but I don't really appreciate my car being treated in that way especially when I can't see what is happening. While nothing major may have happened, this is still completely unacceptable behavior. I do not recommend this shop and will not be taking my business there again.

Every time I go to the Tarrytown Texaco, the staff is just the absolute best. I just went in to get air for my tires and gas and a young man named Quentin noticed that my air valve on the problem tire seemed off and replaced it in under 4 mins. I've been there before for mystery smells (turned out it was a plastic bag I had driven over that got caught and was melting on my exhaust pipe under the car) and battery replacement and the staff always goes above and beyond to help. They're friendly, polite and super knowledgeable. I can't recommend this place enough to everyone I know. There's no reason to go anywhere else.

I've brought my vehicle here for minor repairs -- brakes and hoses -- and had no complaints. Was thinking about bringing the vehicle back, but was told they no longer provide quotes for repairs over the phone. Their expectation is for customers to drive to their location just to receive an estimate for repairs. And that's arguably the stupidest policy I've come across at any mechanic shop.

The guys were great and very professional. We brought in our car with a check engine light on a really tight time frame. We ended up not having enough time to wait for the fix, but they didn't charge us for the diagnostic or anything. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely love this Texaco. From the service to the people that work here everything is 5 starts. Michael the owner is an amazing human being. He did a speedy repair for BMW. I also get all my car inspections done here as there are no appointments needed. I highly recommend this place. They have an amazing crew who are knowledgeable and courteous.

Brian was great! I went the other night right before closing with a flat tire. He was super friendly and took care of my flat quickly! What was a really stressful day was made so much better. Really appreciate the fact that fixed it and was so nice because I know the feeling of having someone walk into your work right before you are about to leave.

I recently had a nightmare of car issues. Michael and has team were very kind and calm with me making an overwhelming experience smooth. The fix took a month and was about $4000 , but as I shopped around it was comparable to everywhere else I received quotes.
