I dropped my 2014 MINI Cooper off for a routine oil change much earlier than anticipated. Turns out that the previous oil change that was done was not done correctly. Not only did they admit their mistake, they did all the grunt work on the house. This shows integrity at its finest. :)

I've been a long time customer of Juke and highly recommend their services. The customer service is fantastic (shout-out to Miguel) - the team is very communicative, professional, and knowledgeable. Additionally they have good technology to keep tabs on what work is being performed/needs to be done - this level of transparency and coordination makes getting my car serviced very convenient. Thank you Miguel and team!

My husband and I have been customers of Juke with our two vehicles for typical maintenance and they’ve always been reliable, so when my brakes suddenly went out on my Jeep, I went to Juke for help. It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Beware. They will try to sell you services you don't need. They are pretty polite about it though. No one was talking about having rotors machined man. I just wanted you to replace my front brake pads and you refused because I wouldn't pay you $1,000 to replace the rotors.

Juke Auto exceeded my expectations repairing my car’s air conditioning. Although the work took a few days, the attention to detail and quality of parts made the wait worthwhile. Ela coordinated every step, kept me informed, and ensured a hassle-free experience. Now my AC blows ice cold, and I’m confident in the longevity of the repair. I highly recommend Juke Auto to anyone looking for dependable, customer-focused auto service.

Overcharged, Under-Delivered: I was hustled out thousands of dollars bc they claim “good quality” service only to be told later that same day they ordered the wrong tires and have to push the delivery back another day. They proceeded to charge me hundreds of dollars to realign wheels that I’ll need to replace anyways which is ridiculous. They do drop offs and not pickups so I spent $50 on an uber just to get back to the place. No incentives or assistance for the inconvenience. Don’t let them convince you that the better price isn’t the better option. I could’ve saved hundreds on these services and actually got the whole job done. I had to go to discount tire to finish the job. Wasted both my time and my money. Don’t waste yours.

I brought my vehicle in for preventive maintenance. The service advisor addressed all my questions and set expectations for the repair time. The documentation was easy to understand and helps with planning future repairs. Great experience from start to finish!

I had an excellent experience with Juke Auto. From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions without pressure, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. What really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail—something that can be rare in the auto industry. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, hassle-free experience, I highly recommend Juke Auto. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service needs.

I’ve been taking my 2009 Audi Q5 to Juke for 7 years and will never go anywhere else! As a young single woman, other shops constantly gave me “critical” repair lists worth thousands, but Juke was the first to be honest with me. They explained what actually needed fixing vs. what could wait, and even encouraged me to keep my car instead of rushing to buy a new one. Most recently, a part they replaced in 2023 failed — they honored the warranty, fixed it, topped off my oil, and sent me on my way at no charge. That’s the kind of integrity you can’t find anywhere else. Huge thanks to Miguel and Charles, and really the entire Juke team. They treat customers like family, and it shows. Highly recommend!

I wish I had the positive experience everyone else had. This place is close to me and I'd love to take my cars here to get serviced. I'm sure they are good at basic car maintenance like oil changes and filter changes. I've taken two cars here and both of them were misdiagnosed. They **required** that I perform the service they ask before doing anything else. In both instances, I gave them clear videos with the issues that were occurring. But both times, they diagnosed it to something else which didn't fix the issue even when I expressed doubt about what they were saying the problem was. I ended up fixing both issues myself after paying them to attempt to fix it. And I'm an amateur. I took it to a professional to diagnose--not guess what the issue is.

Brought my car in, told them what the issue was, still charged me $190 for diagnostic. Didn’t apply any of it to the work done, then recommended I pay another $190 to diagnose another issue. Also said I had a license plate bulb out and wanted to charge $75 for it, it’s not out it’s working fine. Also to replace it takes no tools it’s a clip that’s all and to charge $75 when the bulb is $5 and the job takes under 2 mins is crazy. Felt like I was being ripped off at every point. Staff were nice but I don’t think I’d ever bring my car here again.

I was a bad car owner and brought my Jeep Liberty in with a lot of problems, but Charlie did great at communicating all the issues and explaining the priority for each one. I really like how they text & email updates, and you can pay online before pickup. I got my car back the next day with a new radiator and will definitely return!

First time at this shop and they were approachable, friendly, and helpful. For some ~mysterious~ reason, the expensive suggestion from the dealer was not replicated here. They didn’t even charge me a diagnostic fee (also unlike the dealer) since there was no issue found. When I do need a repair, I will come back here.

Almost $800 for rear brakes and to OBD/scan the engine check light on a 2015 Wrangler is very expensive. That high price is reinforced when they sell in recommended services and you see the costs attached to them. In one case, they recommended a $700 charge to replace an inoperative rear wiper/washer unit. Days later, I took a quick look and within a few seconds saw that the electrical plug for the removable hardtop was disconnected. Plugged it in and all fixed at zero cost. In retrospect, Juke Auto did not live up to the good reviews left by others. Try elsewhere.

I called Juke Auto right when they opened to see if they could squeeze me in, my skid plate was dragging and making a terrible noise, and I wanted to get it fixed before it got any worse. I spoke with Sal on the phone, and he was incredibly friendly and told me to come right over, they’d be happy to take a look. And I’m so glad I did! The team at Juke Auto was fast, efficient, and honest. They fixed the issue quickly at a great price and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs like so many other shops tend to do. As a first-time customer, I was seriously impressed with the customer service and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for taking such great care of me today!

I've taken all my vehicles to juke for years now. The service is always prompt, efficient and courteous. It's a good no BS shop. They explain any issues, and most importantly, they tell you what can wait and what can't. They've never steered me wrong in 15 years.

My experience at Juke Auto Was really transparent, quick, and effective. I felt from my initial call to swiping my card that I was taken care of in a fair and high-quality way. Forest was my technician, and he was really knowledgeable, laid out all of the options at hand for me and made me feel really comfortable through the experience.

Wont do phone estimates. Estimates are just that, estimates, not set in stone. I love to know a starting point of how much money I can expect to pay as I budget in my everyday life. I understand cost can change when working on a car but I've had my car checked twice by other mechanics, so I already know whats wrong. From my experience, when shops act weird and shut off about estimates, my antennas go up. But I found another shop during my research, so its all good. And judging from all the bad reviews that are stating the exact same thing I suspected, looks like I'm right in my assessment lol. Just a friendly heads up for others on what to expect.

Not good a experience at all. My daughter and I scheduled appointments at 8am one morning to enhance the health of our vehicles and evaluate them for possible repairs. They had us sign documents when we checked in indicating we would be charged up to $198 for the assessments. Odd. Hours later we got the assessment for thousands of dollars worth of repairs for my daughter's car. They didn't get to mine. Even with a morning appointment they were too busy to prioritize it. I pulled our cars from the cue and when we arrived sure enough they charged $198 to fix nothing on her car. We went on with our day and by the evening her car that was running fine prior to checking into Juke Auto was dead in a parking lot. We had it towed to a friend's trusted mechanic and $718 and a day later it was back on the road. No extra fees, no delay. I can't recommend Juke Auto to anyone and wish I never trusted them to service our cars.
