Danny was very helpful in diagnosing and repairing my vehicle at a reasonable price. The shop was a low key mechanic shop with a metal building and small, simple waiting area. While I waited for pickup there was a steady stream of happy customers in and out. I think I'll return here for my auto repair needs. It's just unfortunate that it is a bit North making it hard to get to with Austin traffic.

Exceptional! We’re very fortunate to have met Danny to check and repair both of our cars for about a year now. We tried different places but we end up going to his shop for final check and getting our cars serviced their. His service is above and beyond other shops. And coupled with his incredible work ethic and transparency in pricing… you just can't beat that..! Even though it’s quite a drive for us to get there, it's absolutely worth it. Came here since a close friend told me about how honest Mr. Luu was. I can absolutely confirm that. This should be the most basic standard but unfortunately is not. Went by Luu’s to get some basic work done and Danny helped me. It was such a great experience! It’s typical in the past that I go to auto shops, they size up that I don’t know about cars and try to upsell me things. They can be rude, talk down to me, real…sometimes angry bro energy or skeezy not trustworthy energy. Not always, but a lot But Danny was so on top of things, really kind, not trying to sell me up on anything. I saw him recommended online for people like me and now I’d like to recommend him, too. Recently went here to replace my brake pads and diagnose any potential rotor issues. I provided my own pads and Danny went ahead and recommended to machine the rotors while replacing the pads. He offered me a very reasonable price to do so. Job was finished in about a day and my rotors are good as new. Fantastic job and service all around! Highly recommended.

I have taken my car here numerous times throughout the years and have never been dissatisfied with the quality of work. Truly one of the best mechanics in town. Having maintenance knowledge myself, Danny didn’t recommend anything that didn’t need to be done on my vehicle. He’s a straight shooter and goes above and beyond to make sure customer vehicles are road ready. He was very communicative throughout the few days my vehicle was with him. He’s very knowledgeable and on any given issue he is transparent about what needs urgent attention versus what might need attention in the future. You can confidently take your vehicle there, and rest easy knowing that your vehicle is in good hands. Prices are acceptable given the quality you’re getting. However, some services like a synthetic blend oil change are on the high side of the range ($60). With car maintenance, you get what you pay for and Danny is providing honest and quality service to the people of Austin. Worth every penny.
