As a female customer, I feel very safe and respected here. I can’t say I feel this way at every male dominated business, so that means the guys here are excellent & trustworthy. I love Gabriel. He’s so nice, professional, attentive, and on top of things. He knows what he’s doing! I always ask for him to help me. Ryan, the manager, is wonderful too. They are always honest & efficient here. Absolute joke. I called ahead and they told me they had somebody there to do inspections. When I got there, I sat for 30+ minutes before anybody even spoke to me, before they then told me the computer was down and would take at least an hour to fix.

I took my sister's car here for service on 12/23/21. My sister's a nurse, her maintenance light had been on for a while, so I wanted to do something nice for her since she works nights and sleeps during the day. I drove the car home and on Sunday I had noticed that the skid plate was on the ground, and the car was leaking oil. I took some photos, and took them to Jiffy Lube yesterday (Monday) to show them. The manager, Tyler, was apologetic when I asked him why the old oil wasn't properly cleaned out. To his credit, he acknowledged the error and offered a refund. He said I could take it to another auto shop and get the car checked out. When I asked him if there's costs incurred due to the damage, he said to let him know and they would take care of it. What Jiffy Lube did to my sister's car was negligence, pure and simple. Negligent in not taking the correct steps for a proper oil change and not securing the skid plate. For rushing a job that shouldn't be rushed. These are people's cars. It's a miracle this did not get worse; that the motor didn't fail and the engine didn't overheat. I towed the car to a different shop, who recommended a brand new skid plate and performed a thorough inspection of the car to ensure nothing else was damaged. That mechanic also explained that the oil pan was not completely flushed of the old oil like it should be, and overall the job was messy. We got quoted $500 to fix Jiffy Lube/Team Care Care's neglect. I am not a car expert, so I trusted that Jiffy Lube would do the job right but I am extremely disappointed by their dereliction of duty and almost callous lack of oversight. After that, my sister went back to Jiffy Lube to update them on the damages to the car, but the Asst. Mgr was having trouble contacting a Manager due to the holidays. So we're still waiting, and we had to pay for the repairs out of our pocket, as my sister needs her car. I would not return here; holidays can be a stressful time without car trouble, and my experience here has certainly added to it.

customer service was great, went in for an oil change and new battery but the kid that installed the new battery zip tied it down because it was too tall for my car, this left the front right corner of my hood bent open, I noticed it when i was driving down the highway when my hood kept trying to open because the wind would catch the corner and try to lift it up. When i finally noticed it and opened my hood to see the battery zip tied I thought this was a joke, so now the car hood cant properly close due to this taller battery.

Pulled up for an oil change into the bay. Didn’t end up getting one because they didn’t have the oil I needed but the next day noticed something leaking from my car. Opened the hood to find that they had taken the oil cap off and not put it back on before letting me leave. There is oil EVERYWHERE!!

I wish I would have either read the reviews or asked around before coming here. Apparently Jiffy Lube is known for tomfoolery. I went here for a SIMPLE oil change and my car started LEAKING OIL 3 days after I got it changed! I was FIGHTING for my life to get to Auto Zone to get more oil in my car because it was apparently HEMORRHAGING oil! I spoke with Gabriel and he said he would reimburse me for the oil that I had to put in it and fix it. I am late for work (and I am hourly) because I had to go back to get them to fix WHATEVER they did or DID NOT DO! I will never again come here! UPDATE: It’s still leaking a significant amount of oil. I was told that they have no idea what’s wrong, even though it was fine before I brought it there. I’m sure Justin did something incorrect and damaged my vehicle. I have called and basically was told to call corporate, complain, go to a mechanic, and have Jiffy Lube reimburse me. My theory, Justin that’s been there for 16 years screwed up and no one wants to admit it. I have to miss some work, AGAIN in order to go to a mechanic to see if he can fix what they did with and refuse to fix. I also had to spend MORE money on oil (mind you I’m going to be late for work again) to make sure I can make it to get it checked tomorrow. I am beyond upset and frustrated at the lack of responsibility for their negligence. Again, DO NOT GO HERE TO GET AN OIL CHANGE! These photos were taken at different times within the course of 10 days.

Take care or your car and it will take care of you. It you enjoy preventative maintenance, then there is nothing more satisfying than a tire rotation and an oil change. This location is my peripheral Jiffy Lube location, but still excellent. The staff know their product and will work with you to find the right fit and the right service based on your car’s age and mileage.

Not sure what discount Charles gave the guy that that just left a review for him, but my oil change took literally 55 minutes and Charles ate his lunch, complained about being busy and not wanting to pick up his pace, and complained about people turning around and leaving bc it was taking so long… The other workers were great. Good attitudes despite dealing with Charles, and they literally jogged to help people while Charles complained and acted nonchalant.

While mechanically there wasn’t anything wrong with my car. They did not secure my under-pending oil pan guard on correctly. While in my way out of town the it dropped and got dragged under my care. Thankfully I pulled over quickly to prevent engine damage. We started a claim with corporate but they never reached out or returned my call. Took it back to the location used and they did at least secure the plastic pieces that were still loose.

After my truck sat unused for over a year, I encountered a dead battery, a flat tire, and inspection failures because the readiness monitors needed to reset after the battery replacement. On Monday morning, I jump-started the truck and drove to Jiffy Lube. Charles inflated the flat tire, but the truck died completely in the parking lot. He tried every possible method to restart it without success. I took an Uber to O’Reilly Auto Parts to buy a new battery. When I returned, Gabriel installed it entirely by himself at no charge even though I wasn’t a customer yet. I was incredibly grateful and later returned the core. The service advisor explained that I needed to drive about 100 miles to reset the systems; I ended up driving 120 miles. Over the next two days, I returned to Jiffy Lube four times so they could check if the monitors were ready. Once everything was online, Justin performed the state inspection, installed the Rain-X wiper blades I had purchased, and completed a full oil change. Gabriel, Charles, and Justin provided outstanding patience, technical expertise, and genuine customer service that is truly rare today. Thank you for your time, professionalism, and going above and beyond. You’ve earned my loyalty for all future vehicle needs. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location!
