Ana and Andy are so helpful and very transparent about the work they’re doing on our vehicles. I started driving for Lyft this year in 2024 and I am very satisfied, every time, with the regular maintenance scheduled by Lyft through Goodyear! The staff here are courteous, friendly and very diligent efficient people working to resolve our automobile issues. Yesterday I’ve been there 1 woman with a white hair. She told me we need a couple of hours for oil change and then I had one emergency to go out and I ask her I said can you put me on your schedule because I have to come back and I I tell it’s no problem 4-5-6 or 7 o’clock that’s no problem and she said no it’s gonna be done at 3 o’clock. I’ve been there at 3 o’clock until 16:35. They keep me in garage from 8:00 AM in the morning at 16:35 PM in the afternoon. And 1 mop box with water it was in the middle of waiting area dirty looks disgusting.

Guy at the front on Sunday 10/26 at 4pm was sitting down doing nothing when we came in for a flat tire that would’ve taken 5 minutes to change. Instead he had a nasty attitude and said it’d take 45 minutes and that he wasn’t doing it since he was “working on other cars” while doing nothing but sitting down. 0 stars if I could. I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy dealing with nasty people.

09-06 I came in at 8 when they opened,, my car didn’t get worked on till about 9, no techs on sight on time. The lady before me came in at got a BASIC oil change and was charged $177+ which is WILD for the car. I came for a potential tire fix for a SLOW leak.. with warranty still had to get a whole new tire $75+… Asked for a rotation and had to be questioned on why I wanted to get it/ why I didn’t get it with my oil change… It’s giving poor Customer Care, this place ran down compared too when I got the warranty -What’s the point of the warranty if it doesn’t cover the tire?.

Took my tire in to get patched. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me it wasn’t repairable and that I needed to buy a new tire. As you can see from the photo, it’s obviously patchable. They were just trying to sell me a tire when I didn’t need one. Nice enough folks but unfortunately they are not honest. I left and took my car to Tires 2 You and they patched it up for free no problem.

The review I wrote got deleted. I wish I had gone elsewhere, only came here because I have Goodyear tires, and happened to be close by with a flat tire, and when I called they said to come right away and that there would be no wait. Was quoted a 30-45 min wait. I returned 30min later, saw my car still sitting in the parking lot. Now it’s been an hour and I am still waiting. I’ve gone elsewhere in the past, and received better customer service, and accurate wait times. Wish I’d gone to a place I trust, but here I am.

This place is the worst. I work for lyft and every time i bring in my rental to get serviced it takes forever. An oil change and tire rotation took over 5 hours and i had an appointment. They have also damaged my under plate of the last rental i had. Which was a hassle to explain to Lyft.

As a woman, I've sometimes felt uncomfortable at service places especially on cars, but this place was completely different. The guys here were very professional, respectful and took time to explain the issue. They even took me into the shop to show the worn out parts. Came in with a clunking noise and at the end of the repair it was smoother than ever. Highly recommend this place, especially for anyone who wants honesty and quality work.

If I could give negative reviews, I would. These people are completely incompetent. I took my car in for preventative maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). Not only does my car now make a grinding sound, it started smoking on the highway. I took it to a Firestone and sure enough, the idiots at Goodyear forgot to put the oil cap back on. Do not take your car here unless you want to risk thousands of dollars in damage. Oil is absolutely everywhere in my engine, potentially causing permanent damage. Useless people who don’t know how to do their jobs.

I called on a Saturday afternoon about a flat and Scott said itd be 1.5 hrs.i got there, Ahamed checked me in, got my car in in 1/2 hr, couldn't find a leak, checked all 4 tires for p.s.i., and no charge. It was completely flat this morning (well, just on the bottom) so I’m not sure it’s fixed, but I’ll be back, due to Ahamed. You're probably not paying him enough.

$200 to diagnose your car, that does not go toward your final bill. Then they’ll tell you what they “think” is the problem but cannot make promises or guarantee that is the actual issue. They’re charging me over $600 after fixing a control arm and advising I take to a collision shop from there. Also told me they would take one hour to diagnose, but I was waiting in the lobby for 4 hours with no fix to my car. I should have checked the reviews before..

3 hrs for an oil change, charged for windshield wiper fluid but didn’t put any, asked them to check something both the tires and cv joints and after three hours told me I’d have to bring it back another time to get checked, that all they were able to do today was an oil change and charge for windshield wiper fluid they didn’t put. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is unfortunately the first negative review I’ve ever felt the need to post. I brought my car in last week for two new tires and an alignment. From the moment I drove it off the lot, my TPMS was not giving a reading and my car was pulling to the right, something it had never done before. Shortly after, my TPMS warning light came on, so I brought the car back in. They tested the sensors and told me one of the TPMS sensors on a tire they replaced was faulty. I was told they would fix it. When I returned, I was then informed they had broken my wheel lock key, which prevented them from completing the repair. Because of this, the issue wasn’t addressed until today (02/08/26). They told me to bring it back in so they can break the wheel lock or they could reimburse me if I bought a new wheel lock key myself. When I brought the car in today, I was suddenly told the TPMS wasn’t broken and that the TPMS sensor battery was simply dead. This is despite the fact that the issue appeared immediately after they replaced my tires, which is hard to believe. All I was told is that I would have to pay for a replacement even though this happened right after they replaced my tire. In the end, I was charged $176 to replace the sensor on top of everything else. They did a bad job with the wheel alignment. Breaking my wheel lock and tire sensor and not owning up to broken tire sensor. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the experience felt careless and inconsistent. I would not recommend this place. Luckily they replaced my wheel locks and re-did/ fixed the alignment but I still had to cough up more money in the end.
