Joe is BEYOND unhelpful and EXTREMELY incompetent. I pleaded several times for nearly 5 minutes that I did not feel comfortable driving through the garage. Joe responded, ”alright, bye!” As I badly needed an oil change before leaving town, I attempted to maneuver the car in but the 3 jiffy lube attendants kept telling me to turn the wheel the wrong way. Being in an anxious state due to my Aspergers condition I once more pleaded for someone to drive the car through instead of doing it myself, considering they had done it for others. In fact, every jiffy lube I’ve been to has driven the car through. Finally, someone agreed to drive the car. Unfortunately, Instead of telling me to put my car in park and do something he is used to doing everyday, what you see in the photos happened. After this happened, Ray, the guy who told me to get out of the car so he could drive it told me that he had called a tow truck, it would be there in an hour, and Joey ‘the manager’ would pay for it. WELL, after an hour+, Joey showed up instead (no tow truck) and he called the police on me as well (although I did nothing except express my frustration). Joey entered the Jiffy lube waiting area as he was a detective and said, “Chris! How can I help you today? What’s the problem? Seriously?” (Meaning) This was all your fault and jiffy lube is taking no responsibility. Long story short, he threatened to close the garage with my car in it if I didn’t call a tow truck and pay for it myself. The police said it was a civil matter and out of there hands (Meaning) We can’t, won’t, and don’t care to help you. I ended up waiting another hour and a half for a tow truck since jiffy lube lied and said one was already on the way. It’s one thing to have this happen to you. But then wait an hour+ for no reason, then have the police called on you for no reason, then have to wait another 1.5 hours for a tow truck, then have to pay out of pocket!!! So yeah, I explained I wasn’t comfortable moving the car into a garage with a large opening underneath several times (I am not used to that), what you see in the photos is what happened to my car, then I have to pay for a tow truck out of pocket. And did I forget to mention I have damage to my car now? All of this and I still didn’t get an oil change. Laughable. Stay away from this jiffy lube and the jiffy lube name. Dirty, poison, rotten, filthy, rats and any other negative name/description you can think of. UPDATE: As you can see, Jiffy Lube replied with a generic, unempathetic response. This is the response that I get after the Jiffy Lube Facebook and corporate customer service teams have repeatedly contacted the owner/franchisee and asked them to contact me by phone to discuss this matter. No phone call, no apology, and no reimbursement for all the funds spent to deal with this matter. AGAIN: DO NOT VISIT ANY JIFFY LUBE LOCATIONS! This could happen to you.

I recently went in for my vehicle inspection & a long overdue oil change. There was a line, the bays were packed, and I had a long wait, but it was worth it for the quality service my truck got from the shop's team. It's the little things, I had a light out, but I happened to have a spare bulb so they replaced it and didn't add labor to my bill- I know it would have been minimal, but they didn't nickel & dime me about it and I appreciate that. Also, they have a veteran's discount which is always appreciated. I'll be back- likely not on time, but I'll be back :-)

Skip is the gm of this place and you can tell he really really cares about what he does and the people he’s doing it for. My car happened to break down in front of this jiffy lube and I am convinced it was divine intervention to bring me to skip. She helped me out so so so much and was probably the first car guy I have ever met as a woman who I felt was not trying to rip me off. Seriously if you need work done go to jiffy lube, they will treat you right!!!! Also joe rocks too!!

Been coming here for over 4 years and Joe has been amazing! The facility needs a little work but that's just a visual thing. This isn't even the closest one to my house but it's with the drive. Update: The guys pointed out some grease coming from my CV boot and suggested I take my car in for service. My warranty ended at the end of the month, so I got it in ASAP to discover the axel needed to be replaced. By pointing this out, they saved me SO MUCH money! The service tech said it'd been leaking a while, and no one had mentioned this during other oil changes or work.

I had a very unpleasant and strange experience at this location. I pulled in for an oil change but saw that the lot was quite busy, so I parked briefly to turn around and planned to come back later. As I was backing out, I noticed a man motioning with his hand. I thought he was waving me over to help, so I got out of my car and asked, “How long would it be for an oil change?” His response was shockingly rude. he immediately said, “You need to wait your turn,” in a loud and aggressive tone. I was confused, as I hadn’t realized he was already assisting someone else and thought he had wanted me to approach. When I repeated my question, he began yelling and even called me a horrible person. The encounter went on for several minutes and left me shaken. it was hostile, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location. The other reviews seem positive, so perhaps I just encountered one bad employee...but even so, I wouldn’t risk going back.

When I arrived, the location was a little understaffed for the number of cars waiting, but the team was quick to come out, greet me, and make sure I was taken care of. Despite the heat, both employees worked hard and went above and beyond — they even added air to my low back tires without me asking. Excellent service overall, and I’ll definitely be back! Scipio was great on this visit, and Joe provided excellent service the last time I was here.
