Put in duplicate order and request cancel within 8 hours, send multiple emails back and forth, finally got my refund but with 5% deductions, customer service representative is try to be nice but nothing really helps, very bad experience, first time cancel a order with $58 dollar’s fees! Waste my time and money, definitely not to buy again, will send reviews to everyone to be aware of this company because they do not take care customers, they only take your money, One of the horrible service I have ever received.

I had been trying to get a set of Rotiform BUC-M wheels / Aerodisc’s / Caps and everyone I contact did not have them in stock or could give a availability date, that’s when I found Offfset and talked to Sean Taylor, he was able not only to let me know when they were available but I got them a lot sooner then expected, shortly after that my wife ordered me the Aerodiscs and caps and had the same great service.
