Excalibur came recommended to me by family who had them work on their vehicles. When my car started acting up it was super stressful because my partner was out of town and I was having to uber everywhere. I called Excalibure first thing Monday morning to find out if I’d be able to bring my car in and I spoke with James who was super helpful and took down all my information. I was able to bring my car in the very next day. When I got there, Aaron was super friendly and helpful! The vibes at this place are on point. I had heard great things about how honest and knowledgeable they are and on top of that my bill was incredibly reasonable! I really like the peace of mind knowing that if I ever have future issues with my vehicle I can bring my it here and know that I’m going to get great trustworthy service!

I initially came here years ago with a different car. What brought me back was the initial experience and feeling I had. Years ago, I was extremely anxious to bring my car in for even a small issue. As a woman, you wonder sometimes what environment you’ll be walking into. My anxieties were dismantled quickly by a friendly staff of honest people who genuinely just wanted to help. That experience has had me recommending this shop to people for years! I returned today and was pleased to find the environment was much the same: honest people doing good work. I can’t say enough good things about Excalibur! I own a small steam cleaning company, and one of our vans had the shift cable go out right in the middle of a job. Easy to make an appointment, friendly and helpful staff, they said it would take an hour and they had me in and out in less than that. I just needed an oil change and for them to investigate a persistent squeak, they found the problem with a misaligned brake pad and fixed it, no extra charge. Definitely recommend.

I’m new to Austin, and this was my first time navigating the Texas emissions requirements to get my car registered. Excalibur Automotive Repair made the entire experience incredibly easy. They were responsive, warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The state inspection was quick and thorough — the whole process took less than 20 minutes from intake to finish. While I was there, three other people came in for the same service, and I got to see firsthand how consistently excellent their customer service is.
