If you enjoy peace of mind. Desire friendly, professional communications and like having your needs met, this is the place! Richard and Tim took care of me in spite of their already long and busy day. Me (barely making it this far from Houston) to attend Spartan race next morning in Burnet with front wheel bearings wasted, milestone closing at 6. Richard took my call ten miles out. Was greeted by Tim upon arrival (Sweat coming off his forehead). He quickly assessed the needed repair and provided me several options. I reminded him of their closing time and asked if he would have time and his reply was “get the parts and just bring it to us and We Will Take Care of You “ I did just that. Their shop itself is fantastic to match their personalities and skills with a wide open access for bikes and a breeze a woman’s touch with a semi transparent divider wall dividing the shop from the front couch, chairs, TV, fans, available drinks Richard’s wife orchestrated the design and comfort of the front utilizing some of Richard’s bike racing and Tim’s vintage motorcycle history. I was allowed to make myself at home with my ham and cheese lunch i had on my bike and even stretch out on the couch with the fan while the repair was quickly and professionally completed. By the looks of the amount of customer bikes on the premises i wouldn’t count on getting your repair quite as quickly as i did, but i would venture to say that your needs will be heard and taken care of as if you were their best customer * Because you are! This is the first shop I’ve taken my bike to due to it’s original location on Burnet Rd being close by to my house and it’s the only shop I’ll ever take my bike and all future bikes. Prices are always fair. Owners are always honest and great mechanics themselves. Turnaround is usually super fast. The longest I’ve waited for repairs or upgrades was a day and a half. I usually get a turnaround within a few hours or same day. After my last upgrade, I went for a little cruise and got stranded downtown. I called the shop, one of the co-owners answered and came out to my location for a quick fix. Maybe thirty minutes passed between my phone call and the quick fix on a Friday afternoon in downtown Austin traffic. All of the mechanics and front of the shop people are great people. They’re always very respectful and they run their family business well. I highly recommend this shop if you live in Austin.

They helped unload bike. Super cool with customer service. Decent prices. For replacing the entire engine, wait time wasn't long. Really the wait was waiting for engine to come in. These guys know how to work on bikes. I am grateful for there hard work and honesty. Thank you Tim and Richard for the amazing job yall did. Especially Tim for replacing parts. Super fast, good prices, honest work. I've had some really bad experiences with mechanics up-charging and adding hidden fees simply for being a woman, but this place is not that. They are genuine and did a wonderful job with my bike. They even fixed my kickstand free of charge, without mentioning it! I got my bike back after they changed the tires and was like "Dang this kickstand feels NICE!" Definitely recommend this place, especially for the fellow lady riders!

Owner became hostile with me after I confronted him for hanging up on me rudely after we discussed prices. The man is not worth while and will be lucky if I never stop in to do exactly as he requested once we spoke freely about physical confrontation. Don’t deal with this shop. Inflated prices

Surely I've posted of this place before , and I m here to say it again . I don't care if you live in Waco or San Antonio, it's worth bringing your m/c to these guys. Not only did they install a used part I bought on eBay, it was done in less than 2o hours . And two owner/mechanics quoted the approx charge and for the second time I was billed for quite a bit less. . They're going by a different name now so you might have to go to the website for info. Play free pinball and drink free mineral water while they change out your tires. Any computer nerds know how I can add more than the available five stars to this

I rolled up confused, not knowing about the new name (Quick Cycles). They were able to knock out a rear tire change and front brake issue while I waited. Waiting room playlist had me shazaming nearly every song. This is the motorcycle shop you wish you had nearby. Lucky us.
