Marco and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that I received the kind of service that a lot of us do not receive nowadays. He and his crew took great care of me. I got my front brakes replaced, a tire rotation, and an overview of what my vehicle needs in the near future, and all of the work performed on my vegetable was priced reasonably. I believe I have found my new mechanics. Give them a try. Personally, I must have complimented Marco and his crew a few times on how they were all so courteous and displayed wonderful customer service skills. It was a pleasure getting my vehicle serviced by them.

It all started as I reversed to leave my driveway and a horrid banshee sound came from my car. I was going to be near 37th street and ended up going to the brake check. Staff was very informative and showed me what was needed most urgent so I could be safe and condifident being on the road. Almost felt like my car was at a Dr's office. Literally showed me what was going on on the car and how things worked. I know nothing about cars but things were explained in a way that made me get the wonders of car care.

extremely disappointed i have a full car inspection before I went and got work completed here i spent a total of 3000 fixing just axels rotars breaks struts and all and I wish I never trusted my jeep with them it is running HORRIBLE the car sounds like its coming off the frame over every bump breaks are so loud you cab hear the down the street I keep every inspection and all recites I went there again to allow them to fix damages the created aamco even advised and so did jeep for the to fix because I had a second inspection done thanks to jeep after I explained and showed paperwork that the damages are all mechanical I have stripped bolts leaking struts axel has been forced in component causing rubbing and grinding the whole plate where my breaks is house is bent im so happy I had a full service inspection visual and a computer diagnostic test im so happy I covered myslef would not recommen!!!! And still haven't received a call back or anything i have spent 3000 dollars and over a total of 20 hours there this is beyond ridiculous as a single mother my car didnt even have a check engine light on im not even at and extreme mileage for my car! there is no excuse for shitty work and neglectful actions! And what can I do when the hold the warranty to my parts i dont have anyone extra 3000 sitting around i trusted them, now I have to wake up to catch a bus while my car sit because its unsafe to drive its raining! and I have 3 kids I worked really hard for my car

I called and they honored what was said. I arrived and the tech asked if it was who called about the alignment. Yes. They took care of it in the timeframe and QUICKLY! can't beat the price of the alignment and warranty. I had a quirky issue with 2 sets of wheel locks. No problem. Highly recommend. 2nd review- they did such a great job with my 1st alignment. they told me about the oil changes. can't beat the price. read reviews from others and decided to give them a chance on it. got an oil change and another alignment. super fast. called ahead and got right in. great service. friendly.

I know I could have had a friend do the work for less, but the convenience of getting it done the same day, the warranty, and the lifetime free brake pads made it completely worth it. Matt’s honest and prompt communication really stood out, and I appreciated how straightforward the whole process was.
