Isai and his team at Mencia Auto body did a great job on our 2010 Black Land Cruiser making it look like a brand new, newer model car. Isai communicated with us throughout the process and was very accommodating to some changes we wanted to make. He kept us informed as to the status of the work and his pricing was very reasonable. We would highly recommend them for any paint /body work that you need done. You won’t be disappointed. We weren’t!!!

Took my truck in to get paint /body work done Edgar took 4 months to get back to me and this is the kind of work I get back I’m upset with his unprofessional work looks to be they started and finished the work over night. Please look for another shop.

Top Notch! Kind, Skilled, Trustworthy & Fast! Our car got into a fender bender that caused a LOT of damage. First visited the big Austin chain collision repair store - they quoted us a 6-8 week turn around time. Who can live without a car in Austin 6-8 weeks?! We decided to find an independent shop and we struck gold here with Mencia Auto Body. It's literally a hidden gem tucked behind tall brick walls. This business is family owned, honest and quick! Edar and his team were incredible! We had two cars suffer from parking lot hit-and-runs, but this place worked on both the cars to make them look better than new. The team was very fast and responsive and super friendly and professional. Our cars were fixed very early in the year, but as we seldom write reviews, I told myself I have to go to Google and give this place the best possible review that I could. These guys went above and beyond for me and my baby girl and I am forever grateful. Not only is their pricing extremely reasonable and the owner VERY friendly, but they even went the extra step to buff out and fix a dent/scratch that wasn’t even a part of the accident as well as adding In fog lights for my front end replacement. Even though it seemed like they were busy, they were still able to get my car back to me after 2 weeks and even gave it a detail before pickup! they are extremely personable and very passionate when it comes to body work. If you are in the Austin area and need body repairs then this is the place!

Just wow. Mencia auto body transformed my vehicle. I was in a hit and run fender bender that destroyed the front of my entire car. Great experience—could not recommend them enough! My SUV was T-boned with both right side doors being caved in and unable to be opened and Mencia inspected, repaired, and painted everything in barely 10 days. They did an amazing job (see pictures), had great communication throughout, and the pricing is without a doubt the best you’ll find in Austin.
