Mark Perez at the Collision Center was so wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about him. He had helpful tips to navigate the insurance process, he was very communicative and I could usually always contact him. Even if he could not answer his phone when I called he would get back to me immediately.. Having an auto accident is a stressful experience but Mark made the repair process as painless as possible. I highly recommend going to Mark at Charles Maund Toyota for your auto repair needs.

My car was broken into and I was upset. I purchased my car at Charles Maund and really used professionalism of sales and service team. I was thrilled Charles Maund had collision center. I called and Mark answered, he was so kind over the phone and apologized for what happened and told me to come by when I was ready, no appointment needed. 1 hour later I arrived, everyone was so kind and smiling. Mark Peralez greeted me, gave me his card, and told me to call this desk and mobile anytime with questions, comments, concerns. He took very good care of me and helped to fight my insurance company to make my car right. I dreaded coming into collision center because I had horrible experiences at other places, not Charles Maund. Highly highly recommend. Thank you Mark! You are the best! Plus, enterprise car rental is across the street, so convenient.

Waited 3 months to get my car back and when I did it had a brand new fresh large scratch on the front end, then had to wait another week for them to fix it. If you have a job and need your car to get around, I wouldn't recommend taking it here. If you want to limit additional damage to your car, I wouldn't recommend taking it here. The service people I worked with were great and communicated well, I just wish I had know it was going to take well over 3 moths to have my car back when I initially took it in.

The work got done but the experience was terrible. I could not get anyone on the phone ever when I attempted to get updates on my repair. Anytime I would call the main line they would just transfer me to the collision estimator, Krishana, who NEVER answered her phone. Due to the lack of communication I ended up returning my rental car and being stranded at the collision center as I was not expecting to have to pay my deductible through the center but rather through my insurance. I attempted to call to get clarity before arriving at the dealership and, you guessed it, no one answered the phone. I was stranded until I could get the payment together. And no one in the office even cared, they continued to walk past me, etc. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

One of the best collision centers around town. I needed some body work done to my vehicle and the team at Charles Maund was fantastic. I worked with Mark from the beginning and he was awesome. From the initial walk around, to providing the estimate and a realistic time line of when the vehicle would complete. Once I got the vehicle back we both walked around to make sure the repairs were to my satisfaction and if I had any issues Mark was there to ensure they would be taken care of. Great team and great company to work with. Will be returning if any future body work is needed on my vehicles.

Everything was done by the books and effectively for my repair. They also helped me with my turn signal blinker after I noticed it was having issues a few days later. They were really good about communicating, unfortunately there was uncertainty around some part shipments time and they do experience a high volume of people coming for assistance, so my rental car time was extended past expectations resulting in a higher charge that very fortunately was comped by the rental company. Still ended up paying a bit more because of the wait on parts with the rental car than expected.

Don't feel like coming to this location anymore. Service experience has been deteriorating over the time. Less transparent and didn't feel valued as a customer. It also depends on which service representative attends you.

The only communication I received during the first month my car was here was a call to tell me the service tech is being reassigned and I needed to sign the repair authorization form, which I had already signed. After a month of hearing nothing, I eventually would call and was rarely able to get any answers on timing or progress. Finally a month and a half after being dropped off I got a hold of them and was told the supplement estimate from them was $1500 dollars more than the estimate from insurance (which sounded reasonable as insurance typically estimates lower) and they were going to work with insurance but everything was on track. Come to find out their supplement was actually 8k more than the insurance, which made the car total loss. The estimate included a lot of ridiculous cost like 22 hours of paint labor for one panel. I called my service tech and explained that I was going to pick my car up and take it somewhere else and he pretty much just said "well this is news to me" as if he had no idea the estimate they sent exceeded the value of the car. For the final cherry on top - I had a tow truck pick up the car from Toyota and deliver it to a body shop. Toyota put the fender in the front seat, directly on the leather and it tore a hole in my seat (pic attached). Worth Noting - the body shop that repaired my vehicle fixed the car car in a week and a half for 1/4 of the price of Toyota of North Austin

My car was broken into and there was damage to the door, so I brought it to Toyota for repairs. They took TWO MONTHS to fix it. When I got it back, there were paint drips, scratches on the new paint, and damaged trim — it looked like they removed the trim again for whatever reason after painting, and that’s what caused the scratches and trim damage. I contacted Krishana from the collision center at Toyota, and she asked me to bring it back for a full-day repair. I let her know I needed a rental since I work weekdays. She gave me a very hard time about providing a rental but eventually agreed. After dropping off my car, she had me walk down the street to pick up a rental at Enterprise. I figured Toyota would provide one of their vehicles as a rental, so I was not anticipating having to go through Enterprise, nor did I expect to need a credit card for a deposit — which I didn’t have with me at the time. None of this was mentioned by Krishana beforehand. Since I didn’t have a credit card with me, I was unable to get the rental, so I told her I’d reschedule for another day. When I called a couple of weeks later to reschedule, she said a "new" policy meant I was no longer eligible for a rental — even though the damages to my vehicle were their fault. Completely unacceptable work and professionalism. I would never bring my vehicle to this Toyota for anything.

I thought being a Toyota collision center I would have good luck dropping off my Lexus to be repaired. Axel was great when I called to schedule my drop off. When I needed to speak with Frank, the individual in charge of my car, communication did not exist on his end. I emailed twice, sent text and I had to call for updates. The link to the repair process was never updated. I called for an update on my car and they said they never received a payment from the insurance. Insurance, however, did send the payment and had proof. When I went to pick up my car my WINDSHIELD WAS CRACKED! My windshield was not cracked when I dropped my car off to the shop!! There was a paint run and paint chips on a brand new paint job! After reporting the new damage (the shop did) I had to wait another week to get my car. Again, no one even called to ask why it wasn't picked up, or to acknowledge it was still there or to say they are starting the rework. Very disappointed in the shop and will not return for any reason! UPDATE: Thursday we called again and were told the car would be ready in the next 2 days. Saturday we called, no manager was there, the guy handling my car wasn't there and the lady told us to call back Monday. This place is useless

He made sure I was informed about everything and was responsive to calls and proactive about calling me to give updates. Service wasn't necessary quick, but I was informed from the beginning that it would take a while for the parts to come, so I wasn't given any false expectations. Much appreciated.

I have unfortunately had to take my car here twice in the last year, both due to not-at-fault accidents. What should have been an incredible frustrating back to back experience ended up being easy because of these guys level of service. Constant updates to the point where I never felt the need to check in, and gave me my car back spotless and cleaner than when I left it.
