I always get the red carpet treatment, that includes pick-up and delivery at no charge, and often providing a free loaner, so that I could carry on with my business. Thumbs up.

I went here for my state inspection and from the moment I walked in everyone was so nice and friendly. The waiting area is exceptionally clean and has plush couches and chairs with little desks attached if you need to get some work done on your laptop while waiting. Also, I don't know if they're there every day, but if you're lucky you'll meet the owner's 2 adorable dogs! I'm so happy to have discovered such a great business so close to home.

This is hands down the best automotive shop I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot. They did a thorough visual inspection of my car to make sure it was safe to travel. These people are the best people!! I hit a deer in January in my BRAND NEW CAR. I was so upset but I took it to genuine and they took super good care of me and my car. They gave me updates as the work went on. Gave me a realistic timeliness of when my car would be done and now she's beautiful again!! I'll be sure to add photos of the before and after. They are awesome! Charlene was my girl in this whole situation. Made it super easy!

Genuine Automotive & Diesel really lives up to their name. They recently took care of my wife’s car for a coolant flush, and the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. Their communication was excellent—clear updates, friendly staff, and zero surprises when it came to cost or timing. They were also more cost-effective than the dealership. What really impressed us were the extra conveniences they offer. They have loaner cars available, and they’ll even pick up your vehicle from your home if needed, which made things incredibly easy. On top of that, they provide a referral discount card for recommending them after your visit, which is a nice touch for such great service. My car is 16 year old, I’ve been the only owner and I’m a little attached to her. When the engine light came on I was concerned I may have to part with her. I’ve been lucky enough to not need many repairs on this car so I wasn’t sure where to take it. I went here after seeing several people speak highly of them on a local Facebook group. They did find many things wrong with the car and that didn’t surprise me due to the age and milage so we did multiple repairs. We did need to revisit the issue a few times due to a faulty part, but they were more than fair about the price and didn’t charge me for any additional costs. They also gave me a discount on labor as a first time customer and when the part was going to take a few days I was able to borrow a loaner car. I would absolutely go back to them again.

Had to make a heavy investment to replace the ending to my 2010 diesel sprinter 3500 and this shop really put in the work. They were kind enough to lend me a loaner since my other primary vehicle is a motorcycle, and they where attentive and communicative the whole way trough. It was a journey in a half but it got done and now my sprinter is smooth sailing and went in several long trips already. Would definitely return for future services.

My truck battery died in the parking lot at my office and Genuine A&D picked it up for me and got it to their shop so I didn't have to mess with it, this was even on a holiday. The next day they diagnosed my truck for free and along with replacing the battery, outlined a few other maintenance items that were worth noting. They sent me a very clear, itemized and easy to read estimate, and talked through it with me to decide which items were necessary to fix now, and which items could wait based on my budget. Incredible customer service, clear and honest communication, and overall just a great experience. 5 Stars!

Exceptional Service, Trustworthy Mechanics! ​I can't recommend this family-owned shop enough! From the moment I dropped off my car, I knew they were incredibly responsible and reliable. They provided an excellent, full diagnostic for everything my car needed before starting the repairs, and their prices are very fair. Their customer service is excellent, and the fact that they have Spanish-speaking staff is a massive bonus. This is definitely the best service in town.
