I was in a pickle. Really needed an inspection and an oil change and they had me in and out in an hour, for BOTH. Super nice, thorough and being pretty busy, I was impressed. I've never had better service when it came to my car needs. Also purchased 4 new tires at half the price of Firestone, the gentleman was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this place, I will continue to take my car here for anything it needs.

Had a great experience with Longhorn Automotive. The owner and employees were so friendly and very honest. I was worried I was going to get ripped off by a mechanic because I’m a young college student and know absolutely nothing about cars, but the price was much cheaper than I’d get anywhere else. They fixed what I needed fixed, as soon as I got home something in my car started making noise (a new problem!), so I called them even though they had already closed, the owner answered and told me to come back so they could take a look. They figured out the problem (completely unrelated to why I went to the mechanic in the first place) and even though it had nothing to do with the service they gave me earlier, they tightened the part up for me free of charge. Very friendly and really just wanted to make sure my car was safe enough to drive.

Pepe is the man! My husband and I have taken our cars to Longhorn Automotive for a few years now. We’ve always been impressed with Pepe’s service. So today when I was panicking after I dented my car on a high curb/low wall I couldn't see while backing up, I decided to swing by Pepe‘s to see if he could help me. While it’s not perfect, he did a miracle on the dent! And his price was few hundred dollars as opposed to $1500 and up. So if you’re needing some light bodywork, I highly recommend seeing what Pepe can do for you!

They were great! Stopped by without an appointment because both of my headlights were out. They were nice, speedy and not super expensive. After I had paid they noticed my taillight was out too so they fixed it free of charge. Very kind of them. Already referred one of my friends to them! I must say I was very impressed by the quick and quality work Mr Pepe did on our vehicle. We are from out of town and had been camping in the hill country, upon leaving the camp site our check engine light began flashing on and off and car was shaking. We made to Longhorn automotive and we're met by Pepe. What a gem. This man and his family run an A+ business. He was able to diagnose our cars problem and within 2 hours had our car running like new. And the price was very reasonable! So thank you long horn Automotive!!

So glad I was recommended these guys when picking up some parts at AutoZone! Pepe, the owner, is absolutely delightful to work with! My F150 needed some pretty serious repairs to the engine at 225k miles, and they worked with me on price and turnaround time to get everything running smoothly again at a fraction of what a lot of other mechanics would charge. There were some complications with a few components and they didn’t upcharge me for unforeseen labor hours, which is a phenomenal customer service move. Incredible service, friendly staff, family-owned and operated. I’ll be bringing my truck back for any other needs and recommending these guys highly to friends/family. These guys set the bar for what a local mechanic should be.

I got charged less than what I was quoted when they figured out a way to fix existing parts rather than buy new parts...and they fixed one of my panels which was loose for free. Longhorn was recommended to me by a friend and I have to say that I trust them to do their best for me with my old car. I really like this mechanic.

I dropped by on a recommendation from a local auto parts store because I needed a front license plate mount installed on my car, requiring drilling, which I wasn’t going to attempt due to the location of my parking sensors. Pepe was very kind and gave me a time to come back later in the day to take care of it. They were fast and professional when I returned. He even took the time at the end of a long day to tell me all the great things I’d enjoy in Austin as a new resident. I’ll go back!
