So I've had a mixed group of experiences here. The salesman are pushy which is good because they should be, Toyota service wasn't the best but they owned up to their mistakes. And somehow they have the only trustworthy Volkswagen service center in the country (I've been to and a dozen in different states). Other than that. They are a little pricey.. but they do have the new car Monopoly if you don't want to drive out of your way. I wouldn't buy a car from them. But if you own a car they probably won't break it. Unless it's a VW, then they have the only dealership service center I'd ever let touch my car.

Will never buy from them again. I had a $500 incentive that they couldn't incorporate into the loan and said they'd mail it to me........yeah right. Bought the truck in June and it's now almost October and nothing. They blow you off and never get back to you. I should have gone to Dave Smith in Idaho!

Very disappointed in the service or should I say lack of service. Made an appointment to get my van in because of issues. Waited almost 2 weeks until appointment. Made arrangement for ride and being late for work. On arrival I was first told I didnt have an appointment. When I insisted I did he looked further and found it. After telling him what I needed and I explained situation he informed me that my van was "too old" for them to work on. I replied "This information would have been useful 2 weeks ago when I made the appointment!" They had the year, make and details of the van when I made the appointment. Which by the way they had in 3 months previously and they had worked on it. Also had it in to them a couple of years ago. I was satisfied with the service then, though expensive. What a waste of my time this time. Very unprofessional. Late for work, inconvenience to myself and my ride. Waited almost 2 weeks when I could have had it done elsewhere.....

went to sell my older car to them and they offered tuppence without going or showing Kelly Blue Book bought a car listed at 11.9k (a light overcharge but not beyond reason) signed papers ONLY for Kitsap County credit union and then later found out they slapped me to Capitol One (never agreed or signed papers to go to a different credit union) a process that should have taken 90 min took 5 hours and i was lead on verbally and socially about the notion that the price was sticker price and i even told them i dont want the extras but they slid them in anyways horridly dishonest people who would cheat you on the car purchase AVOID THESE CHARLATANS .. better luck at other dealers (shop local not corporate) if the charlatan of an owner comments below they should be aware that people detest being held for hours because of nonsensical "processing" when i took a proper look it was just waffling and social commune with minimal work being done i will be getting a subpoena for the camera and audio recording for the day i came to visit and pairing this with my contract because cheating should not be tolerated misleading people with one price and slipping in a cheap and likely unused service agreement UNDER THE GUISE THAT ITS FREE OR NEEDED is wrong and should be punished youlot sell these cars to make a profit (i get it) but the profit comes from the margins of selling the cars you buy (thats how honest dealers work) yourlot are just a gang of cheating charlatans who slip in all kinds of things to cheat the end user of their fair play i asked for the items to be removed and they were not feel shame for doing abhorrent things and i hope your lot closes due to lack of fiscal flows

Brought my car in for a recall. Waited 5 weeks for an appointment, in which I completely understand due to the back up from covid. But when I went to pay, I saw that they were charging me $500 when I first put my card in. The clerk said, "oh, that's not for you" I then brushed it off, and paid my $249. Told them I would work on my vehicle, so I could brush off about $600 off of what they said needed immediate attention. The clerk came to me sideways, and I just went my way. Two days later their finance department calls me, stating I was overcharged $500.... Mechanics are great, but the service center needs to be a little more professional.

I had my brakes worked on so the dealership loaned me a newer version on my 7 year old CRV. I kept if overnight. The work on my vehicle was completed quickly. Now the brakes work much better. The staff and mechanics treated me well. Always a pleasure to have my car maintained at the Haselwood group!

These people are the absolute worst. I would give a zero if I could. We have repeatedly taken our car into the service department for recall work and Haselwood simply says that they cannot do it. They also admit to being a horrible service department. Stay away!!

Was told I had to bring my car in for a recall repair of the passenger air bag,,, for the second time,,,,,,told if I didn’t want to bring it in at 08:30 they would have to keep it overnight,,.dropped it off at 08:15,,,now being told they couldn’t get to it until tomorrow…I am quite unhappy with this delay,,,I will never bring my car into your facility again for repairs.

Worst customer service ever. Sold me a truck and broke down with only 1000 miles on it. Didn't keep me informed on repairs to vehicle. Spent over 80,000 on truck and the seem not to be in rush to fix or put priority on it. Rented vehicle and they also have poor customer service. Sales people are not any better. Seems to be a trend with the business of bad customer service and no respect. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Not happy at all. Sold us a car for my son that didn't even last 2mths. I will never recommend. POS. As a single mom it's not cool. No wonder no body trusts car salesman.

I bought a van that needs a new engine after one year and has been burning oil since day one. your shop missed that just like the metal on metal rear brakes. This van has less than 80k on it and I have spends over 2k servicing this van since I bought it. These guys suck and I will never do business with them again. I've purchased 7 or 8 vehicles from them and you they wouldn't even fix the brakes on the last car I bought that luckily my son avoided a serious accident !! You you are interested please take your vehicle to a good mechanic before you buy!! They used to care and were a family oriented car dealer, now all you care is about making a profit. I'm guess I’m not the only one who feels this way after reading reviews! Too bad this place used to be a good place but not anymore.

Stay away from the scam service packages these crooks sell. They will forget to tell you the oil changes expire and you will lose them. Also they recommend oil changes every 10k miles, so if you buy 10 oil changes like i did, they will not honor them after 3 years or 30k miles which ever comes first. We have fallen for this scam on our vehicles purchased at Toyota and GMC dealer. I would recommend zero stars. But that is not an option here. BE WARNED ⚠️

Finance and sales are great but the service department are a joke they don't explain anything with the service that would be preformed on your vehicle and then they lie to you when you ask for the documents that you should have receive at the time of service and the service writers are rude and condescending to you if you dont just sign for the work to be done with no questions. I bought 2 brand new vehicles from them and if I had known that this is how me or my wife would have been treated by the service department I would have never done business with them

dont shop here or buy your cars or trucks here dont get cars or trucks serviced here i will never go back i gave them a shot after they lost my skid plate off of my truck then had the balls to tell me they didn't cost me a thousand dollars to replace after years i had an emergency with my truck and need to get it repaired went in with a list of things to do and 3 error codes and then they sent me to a rental place to rent a loaner car and that process was over an hour and was like pulling teeth after all that at the end of they day they call me to tell my the truck needs thousands of dollars worth of repairs and they have not even looked at the problem that i asked them to fix and they would have to add another almost 200 dollar charge just to asses the problem i took it there for needless to say i had a little blow up and after that when i went to pick up my truck they over charged my by almost a 100 dollars with all that ill never go back.. I recommend honda of south tacoma they are always awesome and have FREE loaners they labor rates are lower and they can get u in and out fast i had my whole re-end replaced their and when i got in the truck the ebrake was not working i told them and they fixed it right then took 10 minutes and i was on the road no hassle i even used that loaner for a week and had to go to Oregon it was a great experience. so the contrast between south tacoma honda and west hills honda is extreme and last the service manager nick is a liar he will lie to your face he is the one who told me they never to the plate of my truck and i proved to him with a receipt and video form my oil chage guy that they had indeed removed the plate and did not replace it when i emailed him the evidence he stopped returning my calls or emails then pretened that the whole thing had never happened when i confronted him in person all this was about 3 years ago

Updated Review: Upon several discrepancies- my family and I walked away from a deal. Luckily, the entirety of Hasselwood Auto Group came together to rectify the issues. The customer service was addressed, the warranty issues, and more. We left with a new car, happy to recommend this dealership to friends and family. When expressing dissatisfaction, they went above and beyond, bringing multiple managers and staff together. They saw the situation as a retraining opportunity, offered appropriate compensation, were extremely respectful, accountable, apologetic, and kind. I would recommend this dealer for your car needs and we look forward to doing business with them in the future. Original Post: Customer service is absolutely horrible- they are your stero typical sleezey car guys. No small talk, no questions about the size of my family, budget, nothing! Talked to several people, none of them could care less. I also found several dishonest discrepancies among price, warranties, availabilities, all around just dishonest people. I ended up walking away from my purchase for a more forthright and honest retailer. Buyer beware.

Absolute criminal. They quoted $800 for new brakes all around. I get there to pick up the car and the cost doubles to $1,600. No phone call or warning. They lure you in on a low quote then gouge you, or more like rob you. Save money folks. Take the ferry and go to Carter VW. They're more honest and transparent, and cheaper too. I was quoted $700 from Carter. Wait for their canned reply.
