All About Transmissions & Automotive did an outstanding job replacing the AC compressor on my 20 year old Honda. After initial diagnosis that the compressor was bad, they provided a very detailed report with pictures on the condition of my car. They were able to order the parts and get them installed the next day. I added an oil change and some other minor work to the work order since it was already in the shop. The work was completed just before closing on a Friday evening but the shop kept the office open an additional half hour so I could come retrieve my car before the weekend. I was really impressed with everyone I talked to in the office and in the mechanic bay. Everyone was very helpful and always had a smile. The general vibe was quite relaxed and calm even though they were clearly very busy with all bays filled and some were doubled up. Thanks for repairing and maintaining my car in good condition.

I took my car here because I was having transmission troubles. I couldn't be happier with the services I received. Every team member I came into contact with there was very kind, resourceful, professional and knowledgeable. Derrick was very good about keeping me updated along the way and worked diligently with my cars warranty to make sure everything was taken care of. Great experience! After getting a few quotes, “All about Transmission & Automotive” was inline price wise with other local shops. They were right around the corner from the dealership that quoted us double the price. Alonso sent over a detailed quote and was able to get our car in right away. I apologize for my previous post, as it was due too a miscommunication involving an intricate process of work, but i have to say, these people are professional beyond belief everyone from front counter customer service all the way to the technicians performing the work, with that being said, Derrick working in the front counter with a few other lovely folks not only was amazing at communicating, he also is knowledgeable in performing the nitty gritty tasks doing the physical work involved! I have to say it's damn near impossible to find a reputable company in trust working on diesel trucks, but good golly! These folks know there trade! Highly recommend and will continue to do business with them!

Read until the end: Our transmission on our F550 was rebuilt by them but installed by another mechanic. Unfortunately, just after a couple thousand miles (or less), the transmission failed again. We had it towed to them and within a couple days, AAT dropped the transmission to figure out the problem. They understood business continuity was hugely important to us and even though there might have been some gray area in the warranty of the transmission, they stepped up and did the right thing and had us back on the road within a week--putting us in front of the line despite them being nearly 4 weeks booked out. It's easy to give five stars when things go well but there's only a few companies that can still earn a five star even after things go south and jobs take an unexpected turn--AAT is one of them.

Service was great. The only poor experience with All About, was the bill. See it maybe complicated but, here it goes. We had warranty work that was needed it took 3 months and 3 weeks to get the work done. I was told all we had to pay was the deductible of $300-$500. Plus the additional cost of a one part the warranty did not cover for $200-350. The bill came out to $4,600. And we were unprepared for this since there had been zero communication about the additional cost that the insurance refused to cover

Quoted about $3,400 for 4 new tires, front and back brakes, and alignment. I got a second opinion from another shop, getting the same work done elsewhere for $1,700. Will not be returning here.

I got an alignment at Firestone and they did a terrible job. These fixed that and did an exterior inspection all for nearly have the price of Firestone. Very communicative and they don’t make you feel dumb for asking questions. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!

The shop is not horrible but o have had many issues here. One my first issue I had was damage done to my vehicle during a repair. I had a very large scratch into the metal on my fender and getting derek to fix his mistake was an uphill battle they did repaint my fender but it was a half ass Job and there was defects in the paint. In addition they cause further damage to my paint on my door which they refused to repair. The second issue I had here was them replacing and charging me 300$ to fix a front axle leak. It turned out they fixed the wrong leak and I was left with fluid still leaking from my vehicle which they claimed was from a crush washer and I told them it most likely wasn’t well they re installed a crush washer and ofc it was still leaking. After that I had to pay 1000$ to get my cvt pump resealed because that was the original problem. They finally fixed the leak and I made a roadtrip to California. One I arrived my car engine light all came in and suburu stated they overfilled the transmission. After contacting this shop with 6 emails and 3 calls they kept stating that they never received an email from me regarding an invoice from suburu. Eventually they said they would get back to me but ofc they haven’t and ofc they won’t reimburse me anything after I spent 1000$ to get a repair done with h tuned into another 200$ repair. Please be careful with this shop they might do wonders for your car I’m sure they are great techs here but they might also mess up your paint trans ect
