Cole was our Service Advisor and he was very courteous and helpful with our routine service. He explained the process and promptly set a pick up time. Our car was done on time. I fond the service video to be very interesting. You can see the mechanic show what he is checking and you can see if it needs attention. Needed a new cabin air filter and it was visibly dirty viewing it on video. Awesome Thank you Cole and West Hills Mazda.

I am visiting from out of state, and had an issue with my oil level. I called and was quickly given an appointment despite not having a warranty with this dealership. Cole was very courteous, efficient, and professional and I had the issue resolved quickly. The service dept recommended I get new tires, but they did not pressure me to buy them there. Which is one of the reasons I had them provide that service. This dealership made my out of state experience as painless as possible!!

Gio was extremely attentive and informative. We took our car in to make sure that everything was in working order in preparation for our move and he was eager to help answer our questions. He made sure that we knew about the different pricing for oil changes, and that we knew exactly where the dealership in the town we are moving to was located so we could continue to care for our car directly though Mazda. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming! So far from the first day that we visited and we purchased our car it’s been that way. The Finance guy was probably the more serious person but that’s to be expected. Not my favorite part of car purchasing 😂 but no worries we still got a great deal. It just takes forever to get of there. The Service Center has great customer service and has done a wonderful job every single time we have been there.

this place is all about money and it really shows..... If I could give a negative star I would. Lets start things off by saying my car shouldn't have any issues after I bought it. It had only 67k miles on it and a 2018, 1 owner. when we test drove the vehicle the only thing we noticed was some noise coming from the back wheel. we mentioned it to the finance guy and he told us that it would be covered on our warranty, so we didn't think anything of it. 5 months after buying the car the noise became very loud and then some new noises from the front of the car began. I called and made sure that the wheel bearings were covered under my warranty and I got the clarification from Jeremiah in finance that it was covered. I called and made the appt. after a couple days I get a message with a long list of things that needs done on my car. I needed new lower control arms, both rear wheel bearings, ball joints, and tie rods. basically driving a death trap with my kid.... anyways after everything I had to pay $3100 because nothing was covered on my warranty and the wheel bearings that Jeremiah said were covered and even printed me my warranty stating that, were not because the service dept worded it differently so it wouldn't be covered.. I also got told I wouldn't have to pay for the rental because I was under the impression that it was covered with my warranty and I returned it the moment they told me otherwise. Justin in the service dept told me like 4 times the rental would be taken care of and of course I paid for that too. When I called back to ask why I had to pay for it, He then said he was gonna get me a refund for the rental.... still haven't heard anything back and that was about 2 weeks ago. Terrible company. will not be coming back or recommending this place to no one

My vehicle was totaled in an accident, and Kevin from West Hills came to pick me up from my house to bring me to the dealership. Once there, Kevin was very calm and relaxing to be around, which really helped my anxiety while shopping for a car. He was efficient about showing me what I wanted and he worked with his manager to help me get the vehicle I wanted for my budget.
