Big Boyz Tire & Wheels really came through for me. Pulled up to get an alignment on my Avalon, and not only did they dial it in perfectly, they actually took the time to walk me through a couple other issues my car was having- in person, no upsell, no pressure, just real help. Everyone there is super friendly and understanding. Prices are solid, and they actually work with you instead of trying to drain your wallet. Steve and the rest of the crew were honestly a huge help. You can tell they care about what they're doing and about their customers. Highly recommend these guys- legit one of the best experiences I’ve had at a shop. 🔥

Wonderful service with kind and knowledgable staff. I came in with low brake fluid on my Mini Cooper Hardtop and was very concerned the situation could be a lot worse than it seemed. Stephen helped me out and explained to me in detail what could be wrong which helped me to understand and eased my worries. Ultimately, my car only needed a top off of the brake fluid which costed nothing. I also had a problem with an oil leak so before leaving, they dropped oil dye into my engine so later they can see where the problem is coming from which even the MINI dealership did not think to do. This is a wonderful shop and they earned my future business as well as my fathers who accompanied me:)

I was introduced to Big Boys back in 2023. I brought my 13 Escape in with tire issues. They sold us 4 quality tires at a reasonable price. I then brought in my 93 F 150 and it needed for an end work.I didn't have a lot of money and they were able to work with me. I have since brought in my 20 nissan Murano, for breaks and tires.My my 02 mazda protege breaks tires and they've always treated me fairly. A good shop is hard to find these days. These folks are honest and are willing to work with us. I will continue bringing my vehicles and I will continue to try and send people their direction. Thank you

My truck broke down at 530 on a Friday night around the corner from the Bremerton shop. I went in and the office manager and all 4 shop workers discussed my truck and brainstormed how to go about fixing it and gave me several options since I was an hour and a half from my home. They all stayed after their 6pm closure to give me the best option. My truck was fixed earlier than expected the next morning, and when they realized there was an extra service we discussed that wasn't going to be necessary, they didn't just do it anyway since I had agreed on it, saving me over a $100 in the end. They were great.

I called them at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and they had my car fixed new shocks and headlight replacement done by 11 o'clock the next day. not to mention i got the service done for half the price the dealership wanted to charge me. I have mixed feelings about this place. The customer service was good, and the work was quick and reasonably priced. Steve was the one who helped me by providing a reasonable quote for my rotors, brakes, and tires. I decided to get the tires done for now and complete the other maintenance later. However, Steve convinced me to use their Acima services. I didn’t want to apply for or use a lot of credit, but Steve assured me that I’d only have to pay back what I used as long as I paid it off in full within 30-90 days. He didn’t mention that I’d also get an additional $150+ using the Acima credit. On top of that, the cost tire work price went up $100 since I’d been quoted a month earlier. Even before I made the purchase, I told Steve that I would pay the total bill in two payments within a month. If he had told me that before using the service, I would have paid the total cost of the tires upfront and avoided the additional taxes, fees, credit charges, and hard inquiry on my credit score. So, for anyone considering going here, I would recommend it. However, I would keep in mind that if you intend on using the Acima service, you will be charged more than what the retailer is charging you. P.S. Whoever I spoke to on the phone on Monday morning from Big Boyz said that I would only have to call Acima customer support and they would waive the additional fees. That was not true, and you shouldn’t advise anyone else to do that because Acima does not waive any additional fees, even if you pay off something early.

They have been the best value with the fastest, above and beyond service. They beat competitor pricing on 2 tires for my truck and then found I had an issue with my brakes and fixed it on the spot. My appointment was on a Sunday and they left the shop to pick the part up because the supplier doesn’t deliver on Sundays. I even overheard one of the guys tell another client that since she couldn’t get a tow truck she could afford out until Monday he would try and stop by to see if he could get her car started. Amazing group here that actually cares about their customers.

If I could give these amazing people more than 5 stars I would. I’m a few days out before a trip, I filled my car up with gas and it died shortly after that in the driveway. Desperate, I called everyone in Bremerton and Silverdale and they either had a ridiculously high rate or didn’t have availability to look at it for a few days until one of them gave me the number to a tow company who got us in touch with Steve. Steve gave us a quote much cheaper than all the others and guaranteed us he would make his best attempt to have an answer same day. I feel like we asked the impossible. Handed him a non-running car with no clue to a problem and gave them a budget and a deadline. They kept their promise and had an answer and a quote that same day even updated us throughout the process. When they gave us the original quote it was pretty rough but expected at the same time and when we expressed our financial struggles we were offered various alternative that might be more financially friendly and we finally compromised and met in the middle. I bought my own parts and paid their labor fees and my car was out by the next afternoon just in time for our trip. Steve was very friendly and made sure to keep in contact through the whole process. He was very honest and transparent as to what to expect. He showed us the broken parts and showed us how it works and what wasn’t working and even gave us habits to avoid in the future to keep from this happening again. This is by FAR the best service I’ve ever received and for a reasonable price and I feel if anything, we’ve made friends here. Thank you Steve and Jose for being our life savers this week!! I will DEFINITELY be coming back for future services!!

I pulled in to borrow a tire guage because my car suddenly told me I had low tire pressure. Instead of lending me one, a lovely guy said he would come out and check. He checked all my tires which were all a bit low, and put air in them, at no charge! I was very appreciative. Wonderful service and I wasn't evrn a customer!

Great shop with great prices. I had a 6” lift put on my wrangler rubicon hardrock, with new tires as well. They got the job done quickly and CORRECTLY. They’ve also put tires on two other vehicles of mine. Their prices have beaten anyone else in town.
