The most honest, reliable, and friendly dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The engine failed on my vehicle. Haselwood had it in the shop for a few hours and already had gotten a new engine approved from Hyundai. Ryan in the service department was amazing. He checked our warranty and also had a few other things fixed. We didn’t purchase our vehicle at Haselwood, but they definitely went above and beyond getting ours fixed and we paid zero out of pocket. I highly recommend them and will definitely go to Haselwood for our next vehicle purchase!

Nothing is more important than providing exceptional service and Haselwood did not disappoint. I had a very complicated matter with my elderly mother’s vehicle and Joel in service listened, was empathetic, and let me know he would see what they could do to help. Just that response alone provided a sense of relief that organizations still try to support their customers, versus just being a number in line. Joel and the management team reached back out and went above and beyond to help assist my mother, so much so that I was brought to tears (her as well) and couldn’t have been more grateful. If you want to be treated with respect and cared for like a part of the family, I wholeheartedly recommend Haselwood Hyundai!

My car was towed to Haselwood after dying, rather unceremoniously, on I-5, headed to SeaTac, during Monday morning rush hour. I called ahead to be sure the service center would take my car, and they did. The process of intake and getting a quote for a rental car, plus an estimate on when my car would be fixed was very smooth. Patrick was the service tech I worked with and he was very straightforward. My car was ready on Saturday, and they’d fixed things that were completely unrelated to my car dying on the freeway - some of these were recalls, but whatever. My car runs like a whole new machine. There were no additional charges beyond what I was originally quoted. I am so thankful to everyone upfront and behind the scenes who fixed my car. Highly recommend this service center.
