This is my second time taking my 911 in to MAXRPM for maintenance and service and I’m very pleased with the results. Alex took the time to listen to some concerns I had with my car and based on their analysis he made some recommendations for my future service. The maintenance I needed done was taken care of and the car is running great! Very professional and thorough.

This was my first visit to MAXRPM. The customer service was amazing; from my initial phone call to request service (with Micah)to instructions on picking up my vehicle when the service was complete and they were closed (with Scott). As it turned out my Cabrio needed a lot more than just an oil change. I was notified of other issues that were found and of recommended services that were needed. They waited patiently for approval before performing the needed repairs. I communicated mostly with Scott and he was friendly, patient and very professional! I will definitely use their services again!

Brought my 2003 SL500 there to get the ABC suspension replaced with coilovers. Quote was 3900 but wound up coming out to 5500. You get what you pay for. Quality work. They keep you updated on the process. They fixed alot of other stuff that I did not ask them to which was fantastic! My trunk didn't open with the key before I dropped it off and the a/chance didn't work. When I got it back both of them worked. Micah (Micha?) is fantastic and I couldn't have been happier with their work. In the end the work was cheaper than fixing the air suspension. Would definitely bring my car back. I did get home and 24 hours later my brakes gave out on the freeway.but im 99% sure its because the SBC system was under powered by the alternator. Currently working on that myself. We shall see. Definitely had nothing to do with them. Their shop is gorgeous with some of the sexiest cars I've ever seen! 4/5 for price because its a bit steep. 10/10 for service

I had a great experience. It was my first time coming in to MAXRPM and I was greeted very friendly and professionally. The entire staff was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. I had, had a very bad last experience at the dealership and I wanted to take my vehicle to a company that I knew would take care of it and knew how to take care of it. I was very impressed and please with the way my vehicle was taken care of, it went right in for the service and came right out. The Technician took me back to explain some things about my vehicle and to talk to me about my vehicle. I was never treated so well from the dealership. I will keep coming back to MAXRPM to maintenance my vehicle because I am comfortable in knowing that my vehicle will be well maintained and taken care of by MAXRPM.

Had brought them in for minor repairs on my Japanese Hiace with no issues. We called and scheduled an oil change like normal. The next day we get a call back saying that they had just decided to restructure and no longer wanted to honor the appointment already made. Terrible business. Terrible customer service.

Left totally unsatisfied and annoyed. I’m sorry, but this wasn’t the service I expected from a shop that specializes in Porsche. Brought my Cayman in to have a new clock spring installed and coded. Was advised that they couldn’t code it completely, therefore, I left with no Cruise Control, and no ability to access the function/settings menu. (the lower stalk on each side is inoperable). They couldn’t even get my Daytime Driving Light to work. I don’t usually post negative reviews for a business that I patronize unless it is totally warranted, but in my opinion, the service I received was totally unacceptable and unsatisfactory. 🤷🏽

The team at maxrpm took such good care of my baby (2015 mini cooper coupe s). I was concerned I’d have to drive to Seattle to get work done on it but I was told that these guys are the best mini mechanics on the peninsula!! I was treated with kindness and five star service from start to finish by Micah and Scott. The time and effort they spent making sure my car was in top condition and made me aware of potential issues down the road was money well spent! I am so relieved to have somewhere I can go that will be able to take good care of me and my car for a reasonable price. As a lady who loves her fast cars, I recommend maxrpm for all your car needs! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Walnut blasting for 2011 335i at 70k miles. Update on the Walnut Blasting. The car throttle responses are quicker. The engine idle alot smoother. After several months of driving the car, I can feels the get up and goes every time I stepped on the gas peddle.

I recently had modifications done to my 2018 Mustang GT350 at MAXRPM. I wanted mods to make the car a little louder and faster with safety mods, and that’s basically the guidance I gave them. Aaron did all the research and gave me great ideas on the new mods. Throughout the build I was treated as the only customer and was able to ask any questions I wanted. Alex, Aaron and Tim are Superstars that genuinely care about the Customers and their cars. Aaron kept me up to date throughout the build, and was patient with my impatience. And the car turned out amazing, everything I had hoped for and much more. MAXRPM is not just a European super car shop, but experts in all kinds of vehicle. I cannot recommend MAXRPM enough, regardless of your car type. Just an excellent experience.

First time customer at Max RPM, when I got to the shop to drop off my car Aaron was super cool with giving us a tour of the shop, which was great! He definitely made me feel comfortable by showing me all the awesome projects they were working on. I was impressed with their staff and communication while they were working on my Porsche 911 Turbo S. Aaron made the experience great! Communication was outstanding, he even gave me an update everyday with pictures on installing the Y pipe, plenum and also sharing dyno numbers. Looking forward to coming back when needed. They also facilitate weekend drop off/pickup which was extremely helpful! Highly recommended!

Scott S. at MAXRPM is fantastic. He is very detailed oriented. I brought my Porsche Cayenne in because the check engine light was on and I couldn't find the issue on my own. I really appreciated that he went over all the possible scenarios that could be. Communication was great too. Scott called me with regular updates and the "good news, we solved it" call too. When checking out, he offered to show me the bad part, which I appreciated. I will definitely go back, and I highly recommend their service.

Max RPM Auto Sports is a rare find. I feel equally comfortable bringing in my Chrysler 300C as I do my Ferrari. It’s incredibly reassuring to have a local shop that possesses the specialized knowledge required for exotic luxury imports, while still being the go-to spot for American muscle like a Chevy Camaro or a Dodge Charger. These guys truly know their way around an engine, regardless of the badge.
