Horrible customer service! Horrible work!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE! My wife was in a small fender bender, they needed to replace the rear bumper and trunk hood. It took them almost a month and a half to get us the car back. When we saw the car, there was over spray all of over the windows and rough over spray all over the car, it looked like they didn't even put the clear coat on. A month went by and we realized that water was getting into the trunk area, so we took it back and they said there was a small leak in the weather proofing and they supposedly fixed it. My wife then went on a 3 month underway and came back to a car full on molded, soaking wet clothes and paperwork in her trunk. they never fixed the leak. so she took her car back over to the shop. they said it would take up to a month and a half to fix the problem, which they don't even know what it is yet. On top of that they are trying not to pay for her rental car. tell me why should she have to pay for a rental car for a problem that is the shops fault??? I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

They did an amazing job! Austin was #1 he was always on top of letting me know how my car was! When I got my vehicle I was blown away not only did the technicians do a great job fixing the damage on my vehicle but the customer service from Austin was fantastic! I stop using my 04 blazer, major issue with the drivers side door, to a point were I couldn’t shut the door, the door latch was cracked on the door frame and bent in because of slamming the door to many times. on top of that, the door kept sagging to a point that I had to replace the door pins numerous times and last they had replace the door hinge to the body frame, and welded the new pieces on. many other body shop wouldn’t touch it, because of all the major issues, Jason & his crew did such a incredible job that my wife had posted something on Yelp, I recommend anyone to go there, great service, awesome job, will bring my next SUV to Jason and his crew.

Went here to get my car fixed after it got in a collision on New Years. The staff were very nice and helpful. They kept the car rental place I was using updated on repair time estimates in the meantime and also periodically sent me messages on the progress of repairs as per request. I recommend this shop if you happen to need any collision repairs.

These are the best people! The sad part of my story...a truck hit my older Nissan, but he had insurance. So I got a rental car and my Nissan went to the shop for repair. A couple days into taking my car apart, they found one part they needed was on back order for several months... So the insurance co. totalled my car & I decided to keep it & take it home. The shop put my car back together, but they had to bust up my already broken taillight during disassembly. Here's where it gets awesome... They received no money from me or the guy's insurance. But instead of just shoving my broken taillight back into place and sending me on my sad way, they searched around and found a beautiful, fully intact tail light and installed that instead!!! They made no money. They didn't have to care, but Ryan and his team cared about me. Who does that in today's world?? You will be my body shop for life! Thank you for your care and concern!!

So they gave me the expected date but then I got a text that they’re expecting it to be done sooner, then they kept pushing it back and back. Why get someone’s hopes up that they might get their car back sooner? At this point I’m not even sure I’ll get my car back at the expected date.

My daughter hit a tree and the insurance totalled the vehicle. It really wasn't that bad, only the quarter panel needed replacement. Gerber safely put it back on the road at a very reasonable cost to me. My daughter has been very happy with the fix and it's been a few months. Do not take your car here. Their shotty technicians will damage your vehicle and then lie to their managers about it, then their managers will gaslight you and claim you edited photos and vandalized your own vehicle. Terrible service and customer etiquette. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Don't let this businesses replies to my review fool you. They didn't do anything to fix their mistake. Not even their corporate office and now we have to go through insurance.
