Went in today to have a trailer hitch installed on my car. It was a great experience starting with Katelyn and Bryan who assisted me at the front desk in the office. I felt very comfortable/relaxed knowing that Pat and Daniel would do a great job installing the trailer hitch. Local shop that offers repairs and exhaust work. They install trailer hitches as well. Brian is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Mechanics are quick and efficient. Prices are competitive compared to other repair shops. I've never had to have work redone there because they get the job done right the first

How many places send you a hand written thank you card through the mail for your business? Not many, but Kitsap Muffler does. I call this smart customer service and was so appreciated. A big thank you. I have had my current vehicle in there for service twice and was very pleased both times. This place always does an amazing job! I brought in my project car for a performance exhaust job... Muffler delete resonator swap and a snazzy tip... They had me on the road in about an hour and the job they did was incredible... Very fair price for the high quality work... The welds on the pipe look beautiful... Also the shop is cool, I really like the metal sculpture art decorating the facility... I will always recommend their service! This is the second car I've had them work on so show them some love and get some work done here you'll be glad you did!

Had four tires mounted and balanced on new rims for about 1/2 of what other places wanted. They took out two of the tpms sensors from my old wheels and installed them in my new wheels with no charge and I only paid for the two other sensors I needed. They then put stems back in my old wheels and aired them up for me. I was very happy with my service, the price and will give them my business again.

Stopped using Kitsap Muffler. Their prices went through the roof. Had Midas in Silverdale do a 3" exhaust (tight) on my buggy. 77 Jeep CJ7, 304. 2 into 1 exhaust. A little more pricy than I was hoping for, but the product was worth it. Nice and tight, great welding, good hangers and a chrome tip to boot. Didn't really want the chrome tip, but it looks okay. I will continue to use Kitsap Muffler for the quality of their work.

So these guys really earn their five stars!! I was quoted two or even $3000 to have my muffler replaced and these guys did it for way less than that!! Fast and quality service. If you need a muffler replaced, this is the only place to go. Highest possible recommendation. And they even give a military discount.

Seriously, who expects to get their catalytic converter and entire muffler system replaced in a couple of hours? They were polite, informative, and FAST! And it cost a couple hundred less than we were expecting! To top it off they sent a hand-written thank you! No wonder 3 different auto repair shops recommended them. I do too!!

Needed something replaced and couldn't give a quote/estimate. Wanted to charge 40 for an inspection to determine if it needed replaced. Explained I had already had it inspected, but Bryan said he didnt trust anyone else's work and wouldn't know until they inspect it. 100% wanted to get the inspection fee and not do the work.

Tried Kitsap Muffler Tire Pros today, as the tailpipe on the 1999 K1500 Suburban I am shipping to AK to my son was obviously rusted through. I enjoyed a professional visit from the moment I walked in the door. As it turned out, the technicians were headed to lunch just as I arrived, so I came back a bit later. Upon my return, they had me on the rack almost immediately, quickly quoting the needed repairs. I was happy with the quote and approved the work (it entailed an entire exhaust system replacement from the catalytic converter back to the tailpipe, including the muffler). Within 45 minutes, the team had the work completed to my satisfaction. I am delighted with the repairs, including the very nice chrome outlet detail added at the end of the pipe. Bryan and his team are professional, and the visit could not have gone better. Bryan even offered a solution to a persistent water leak into the rear of the suburban (likely the roof-mounted stop light gasket failing). I will bring the vehicle back to fix that issue when the part arrives. I have driven past this shop for years, and finally read the reviews when I knew I needed muffler repairs. FYI, these guys do full line auto repair service, not just mufflers. I am glad I tried them today, and will be back. I recomend you give Kitsap Muffler Tire Pro a try next time your vehicle needs service.
