Brought my truck in to be serviced for a thermostat. No call backs for about a week, we call in & whoever answers say “ill have someone call you back” We should have GM points as well, from October purchase, the points still say 0. Video of work said pictures would be sent, i received no pictures. Got my truck back Monday night, my debit card was charged 2 times. My fiance called yesterday and was supposed to get a call back. Nothing.

Scheduled an appointment to get four wheels balanced (only balanced, no mounting, rotating, etc.). This was a "we owe" item from when I purchased the truck. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told they would need to keep my truck all day. I said that was unacceptable, because it was a quick and easy job. I was then told it would be about 90 minutes. I still thought that was excessive, but acceptable. FOUR HOURS LATER, my truck was finally finished! FOUR HOURS to balance four wheels. Absolutely ridiculous! I wish I would have just went to Les Schwab and paid out of pocket!

After expressing continued displeasure with squealing front brakes after their replacement, we were invited back to the service dept. They stepped up and made it right this time and we are very pleased. They worked on the problem and found a way to deliver a quiet car back to us. It took a few days and i suspect they had to absorb some costs, but we felt that their goal was our satisfaction and they showed professional determination to achieve that objective. They earned every star and we are very grateful.

We drove to Bremerton after we saw the vehicle she liked online JP took extraordinary care to see that she understood the features in the car before she even started the test drive He is very knowledgeable and patient Answered a swarm of questions nd never seemed to mind about any I definitely recommend JP. As soon as I walked through the service doors I was greeted by Randy. He was my service technician from start to finish. If I had a question he took the time to carefully explain it. His positive attitude was refreshing especially when you are without a car for a bit. He had a free shuttle to bring me home AND pick me up. He greeted me by name and made the whole process easy. Thought we were making the right decision taking our Chevrolet truck to haselwood but we were surprisingly dissatisfied. Randy was our original advisor and was very pleasant but then we were transferred to Stephanie. Communication was not great. Stephanie was rude and didnt answer the question we asked about service. Safe to say we won't bring our vehicles here anymore. Also price steep as to be expected.

Customer service and acknowledgement upon arrival was a 5 but I am giving your department a 4 for service. I keep getting a message stating " Engine Oil Low Add oil" which makes wonder if the mechanic refilled my vehicle with oil. My Chevrolet app displays oil life 100 percent, however the message keeps popping up. Amazing Service had my vehicle towed in because it wouldn’t start. The rescheduled my appt for the next day, Tim called me asked me what was going on explained it to him, got me into a rental. Then knew what the problem was the next day. And immediately ordered the part and had it fixed within 4 days. Tim was amazing and super helpful. I got 4 things serviced. Told them about my rear passenger turn signal not working: That I replaced the light bulb twice and it didn’t work. I told them how it had to be the harness. I got a diagnosis on my cooling system. They couldn’t troubleshoot the turn signal without paying $190 for a separate diagnosis. And in the end they also needed me to pay 90 dollars to replace a 10 dollar bulb before they can do further troubleshooting. They don’t have good ethics when it comes to their process in finding simple issues. I got the thermostat changed, My differential seal fixed, an oil leak fixed And cleaned the engine. I know I should’ve taken it to a different shop but I’m not from around the area so I trusted the dealership. In the end I found a better mechanic in the area that knows how to troubleshoot simple problems. I also have to park in the street since the area doesn’t know how to construct parking. So, it’s not like I can do my own maintenance in the street. They fixed the issue but for 3 times the cost a good honest mechanic would’ve done it. I will not be coming back. I found a better mechanic in the area.

I thoroughly appreciated this having a very busy schedule and working alternate hours than most 9-to-5 jobs. Having the mobile service available is a huge benefit and something I will definitely be using again. They were kind, clean professional, and kept me in the loop every step of the way as the progress. Of repairs was happening I truly appreciate their professionalism and their ability to support my abnormal schedule. I have been a customer of Haselwood Chevrolet for a little over a year and have consistently experienced exceptional service. I have always felt valued and well cared for, which is why this recent visit was particularly disappointing. During my latest appointment for routine maintenance, the sales department informed me that two of my tires had nails in them. I expected to have time to review that information and determine next steps. Instead, as soon as I returned to my vehicle, a service employee was attempting to adjust something while repeatedly referencing sensors. The explanation was unclear, and I was told the sensors could not be adjusted or programmed. Immediately thereafter, warning lights illuminated indicating maintenance was required at once. The communication was confusing and left me with the impression that everything was acceptable to drive, which was both concerning and unacceptable. If my vehicle was identified as having nails in the tires, I would expect basic safety measures to be taken before releasing it, including verifying and properly adjusting tire pressure. If air had been added upon arrival, all tires should have reflected the manufacturer’s recommended PSI. They did not. None were at specification when I left the facility. Additionally, I waited approximately 20 minutes simply to check in, and the oil change required nearly two hours to complete. When I later reached out via text regarding the tire pressure, I continued to receive explanations about sensors and screen displays rather than a direct answer to my concern. After several hours of back-and-forth communication, I was told air had been added; however, the actual tire readings did not support that statement. This experience fell significantly below the standard I have come to expect. I am not only disappointed, but concerned about the lack of clarity and attention to basic safety.
