In and out in 2 hours! I knew exactly what I wanted and my sales rep, Jake, was amazing! He respected my decisions on what I did and didn’t want to add and I didn't feel pressured into anything I didn't want. This is my first new off the lot car, so reasonably I was anxious and overwhelmed, but the overall feeling I got from this location was relaxing and inviting. I've already started to recommend them to friends and family that have been looking into getting a new car but have had the same reservations I did. The finance guy, DJ, also worked hard on making sure I got a good rate and was very knowledgeable and willing to explain anything if I had questions.

Update - Consistent great service. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Ordered a 2022 Crosstrek Sport and my salesman Richard was fantastic. He was quick to answer any of my questions and assisted me through the process. The parts department was friendly and knowledgeable with the accessories I wanted for the car. The service department is excellent. Fast and friendly. Fantastic experience and look forward to doing more business with them.

Wow. Let me say that again….WOW I have been shopping for a specific car for a couple months and I am sure you all know the story……. I am 71 years old and have bought a few cars in my time I looked again yesterday and BOOM there was the car I was looking for soooooooo I dialed the number and a young fella named Jon answer. We spoke for a minute or two and I knew he was green I told him I’m going to ask you a few questions if you don’t know the answer tell me. Get someone to help you. And that he did. Over the phone I told him I would call him at 6 am if I was coming or not ( I am 300 miles from their dealership) He answered and told me he would be there to meet me Then the whole famn damnly came out to meet me and congratulate me on my purchase I will go back till I can’t !!! We’ve purchased our last four vehicles from Peninsula Subaru. From the first vehicle, to the last, they took fantastic care of us. When we decided to move into two different types of vehicles that they didn’t offer, we reached out to see if they were interested in purchasing our two vehicles. We didn’t have high expectations but they exceeded our expectations there as well. Fair prices offered for both of our vehicles and the appointment to sell both took less than an hour. We will definitely be going back to them for future purchases. Oh, by the way, they offer free oil changes for life so we never paid for an oil change for any of our four Subarus for well over 10 years.

Least frustrating service experience I've had at a dealship. Received honest wait times for a unscheduled oil change and tire rotation. Service was completed a bit before the estimate. (This is in contrast to another dealership where I had a appointment and took hours over estimate) Zamora (service center attendant) was professional, kind, patient and uses clear communication. Parking lot is difficult to turn out of due to some of the landscape. (Not the dealerships fault, it's just location. Just be ready wait it out and stomp on it.)

10/10 for service advisor Zamora, got my Oil Change for Life done smoothly. However I would give service tech (whoever who did the inspection) 1/10. Video is short, cant really follow what is going on, there is no explanation. Sadly I must take my Subaru elsewhere for other service then oil change.

A delightful young man named Sanders was quick to greet us, he let me know he was new on the job but he knew who to get the answers from. When it came time for a test drive I thought I had left my insurance card at home, but I still wanted to see how it felt on the road. He said he could drive if I would like. He explained what everything was. I knew that if I was going to spend this kind of money, I wanted what I wanted. 😍 2025 Deep Red Forester hybrid, cloth seats. They didn't have it in stock, but Sanders was willing to drive over to Eastern Washington and bring one back for me! All of his fellow colleagues we're so willing to jump in answer any questions we had. I don't think I have ever been offered so much hot chocolate and snacks in my life. Everyone wanted for us to have a good experience. I bought my Red car, they set me up to come back in and take a class on everything my car does. It is amazing! If I ever buy another car I will be going back to the Bremerton Subaru, and you bet- I want Sanders again! He did a great job!

Had a very good experience buying a used car here. I was shown the CARFAX without asking for it. No pressure from the sales team and they answered all my questions. The only negative experience I had was with finance getting all the documents I had to sign emailed to me in order to get my insurance going. It wasn't a big deal, I had to call twice to get the email sent and did receive after a few days. Overall very happy with my purchase.

On December 9, 2025 I brought my crosstrek in for an oil change. When I got home I was surprised to see they did not rotate my tires. I pulled out the tire information /warranty brochure that came with my car and in it the information recommends a tire rotation when the car has between 5000-8000 miles. I called the service department and the young lady said she didn't know why it hadn't been done, but would get back to me within the week. By mid January I had not heard anything back, so I called to reschedule the tire rotation. At this time I was told the rotation would cost me @$27 plus taxes. I asked why there was a charge...The tires came on the car I bought at Peninsula Subaru. The tires (that were on the car) came with a warranty that specifically advises rotating the tires between 5000-8000 miles. The service representative said, no it wasn't covered and I would need to pay the cost myself. I did not schedule the service. Instead I drove to Gig Harbor Les Schwab tire center where they greeted me cheerfully, asked what I needed, and rotated my tires (within 35 minutes) at no charge...and I didn't buy the tires there! THAT is what customer service looks like. I am incredibly disappointed in Peninsula Subaru and their lack of care for the customer.

STELLAR customer service from the first phone call, reviewing the options, completing financials, until I drove away. Due to an unfortunate rodent army my beloved Crosstrek was on life support. With a nationwide backlog on parts I was destined to put my mountain adventures on hold until Rich V and the rest of the Peninsula Subaru staff were able to facilitate purchase of a replacement. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. I had talked to other dealerships who didn’t want to be bothered. My experience at Peninsula was the exact opposite. Well worth the drive!

Patrick is a salesperson for Peninsula Subaru, he is knowledgeable about Subaru’s and patient with customers like me. I met with him about 6 times over four weeks, we test drove about 8 cars. Though he was always happy to see me, I bet he was happier when I called to say Im ready to buy. Im real happy with my purchase. I was most interested in a 25 Outback premium but when he had me drive a “limited” I knew it would be the one. Thank you Pat for your help and time spent. Someday I will see you again about another Subaru.
