When my car just stopped in the middle of the road in Bremerton on Friday night of Labor day weekend I was pretty worried. Finding a reliable mechanic is never easy. Blue Canary was amazing! As soon as they opened on Tuesday I heard from them, got a quick quote and they had it checked in a few hours. They gave us a breakdown over txt of the recommended repairs! It was wonderful to have a visual of cost and repair and they were willing to talk to me on the phone and answer all my questions. When they realized I needed my entire muffler repaired they referred me out to a specialist who could "fix it for a lot less". When I explained I was coming back from out of town they didn't mind it staying in the parking lot for a few days. So nice! So fast!! Car is running great! Could not recommend more!

Looking for a new mechanic, they did well for the oil change and provided a list of services issues my vehicle needed addresses, with reasonable time lines. Edit: had them fix the issues they had found and my Avalon is driving noticably better. The fuel efficiency increased increased and she is driving more smoothly. I really appreciate the attention and care that was taken with my car.

Easy to do business with, needed a extra set of ears and eyes with the "hum". Replaced wheel bearing, no more hum! Thanks again! Would recommend for any vehicle issues. Took my granddaughters car in, Blue Canary diagnosed and found that the timing chain needed replacement. So they did the job very well! Happy with it. Thanks for all you do.

Scheduling an oil change online was fast and easy. The inspection report was helpful but they didn’t push extra services on me. I opted to get a tire rotation same-day based on their recommendations and they got it done quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful. Blue Canary was recommended to me by a coworker after I had loads of trouble at the Ford dealer. Blue Canary got my truck in quick, diagnosed the issue, was honest about my options, and got my truck back on the road same day. This was actually my first time using a private shop instead of a dealership, and after this experience, I will be taking all of my future vehicles (and my current truck) to them for any maintenance and repairs. I cannot recommend this shop enough

5/22/25First time going here. I have to say the team was awesome. Got me in and out within a hour, with only one Mechanic on for the holiday weekend. Will I return? You betcha. Update: 6/19/25 returned with issues not related to my first visit. Had some clunky noise coming from under the carriage, and fan was working off and on. No problem. Got it all fixed and was told my car is. Just glad they understood my choice of words. Again a great honest place. Highly recommend

I have appreciated this place. Gerrit thoughtfulness and patience when I had my Patriot over there and couldn't pay for the $9800 repair, but kept it for me till I could get it towed from the garage. I had the best experience! Quick service with all the details and pictures from the diagnostic, having a loaner vehicle made the biggest difference so I didn't miss work. Easy communication and more transparency with cost and repairs than other shops. And better prices than I dared to hope for. Another shop had told me I would need to replace the whole exhaust manifold and catalytic converter and it would be "maybe $1200 or so" but Blue Canary did a full diagnostic and found it was the manifold gasket that needed replaced and it was under $250 for the repair. Definitely coming back for my car care needs!

I have always had the best experience here. I’ve been having my vehicles serviced here for a couple years now and I’m always very happy with the work performed. The staff is great, always friendly and best of all, they know what they are talking about and have never tried to sell me on services I don’t need and I really appreciate that. Great experience. I moved here over one year ago and very recently purchased a vehicle. The steering stabilizer broke off in one end. With that, I needed to find a repair shop nearby that could fix it. I’m so happy I found Blue Canary. Their communication was top notch - especially the estimates and job complete texts. And they got the job done quickly and completely other maintenance tasks. I’ll be back when I need more work done, and I recommended others check out this great shop!
