We were lucky enough to learn about Triangle a while back and can’t say enough good things about the experiences we have had bringing our cars to them. We recommend them to all our friends and family and we don’t give out recommendations lightly. Whether its your classic or you daily driver, gas or diesel, they’ll help you keep it on the road for years to come. We are approaching 300K on our daily driver, and it runs as good as the day we bought it in no small part thanks to Triangle. They don’t do alignments or some electrical work, but they’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.

Awesome and attentive shop! I was so impressed with honesty and determination to correctly diagnose and correct the actual issue. I was told by another place that I needed a new Steering Angle Sensor ($600+ for a BMW). My car only has 78k miles. Instead of replacing, These guys looked closer and determined the real issue and I didn't have to replace that part and saving more than 1/2 the money I thought I was going to spend. Needless to say, This is the only place I will be taking my BMW moving forward. They are great with communicating too which is why the other BMW shop in town lost my business.

They are the very best!!! My daughter told me to go here after the dealership said I had all kinds of things leaking and wrong with my car. I finally did. There are no leaks and nothing wrong!! In your face!! Car Stealership!!! If I could give them 10 stars , I would!!!! They got me in and out quickly, no problem, friendly and efficient!! This is what every business should be!!! Update. They have worked on our 2010 GTI and 1998 Tacoma quite a few times now, and we have never had to return for something they have worked on. It is such a relief to find an honest mechanic who does phenomenal work. The staff is very friendly and professional. I bought a BMW x3 and was very nervous on where to take it for routine maintenance, only wanting one set of hands to always take care of it. Being on one income, I also didn't want to get taken advantage of price wise. I went here off of a referral and am extremely pleased. I did price compare with a few other shops and they had the best pricing as well. Highly recommended!

Had a great service experience. It's a small garage so it did take some time to get the vehicle in, but it was for regular periodic service nothing broken on the vehicle so no rush. Service was quick and communication with me from the shop was great. Would use again and would recommend it for German vehicles.

If there were 10 stars, they would get it! I happened upon Triangle because my car started misbehaving as I was driving through Bremerton. I called my normal shop some 30 miles away to see if it was ok to drive and they said their diagnostic tech was away for medical reasons and could not get to me until next week. I asked if they knew anyone in the Bremerton area, they said to call Town and Country. But I learned they only serviced American cars, they said to go to Triangle. I read the reviews, gave them a call, and with a tech down, they reluctantly agreed to run a diagnostic. After a great chat with Little Ms. Sunshine (as she is called), Matt came out to tell me, as I suspected, one of the coils was faulty. Now trying to figure out what to do - to my shock, Matt told me it could be fixed by tomorrow. I was rather skeptical. Sure enough, I got a call the next morning and was told the car was ready to go! 6 new plug and coils, the proper approach to servicing the issue. And they ran a compression test to confirm the cylinders were ok, and they were. WOW! Given the number of keys on the rack, I suspect that they do not need to rely on reviews, in talking with some other folks, they come with high marks. I just wish they were closer to my home!

I had my BMW in there for repair of timing chain and everything that went along with doing that. My car had some other issues after the repair and had to go back to the shop again. Matt and team were very good at getting me back in the shop and following through with getting the car 100%. I have a 3rd party warranty and Tara knows just how to navigate the process and gets your claim approved. This shop is very professional and I will return for future repairs.

Fantastic service! Reasonable price and super friendly and communicative. Was able to swap out my truck’s starter within the same day of dropping it off, and checked out the brakes, wiring etc and recommended future work but didn’t pressure me to do it all at once. Also fixed a minor cosmetic thing (handle on my driver side door was loose) just because they noticed it. Will definitely bring my car back for any future work

Triangle Import Repair is a hidden gem in Bremerton. We started bringing our quirky V6 RAV4 here for about a year. Recently, they replaced the alternator, and it started to fail. Thankfully, they stood by their work, replaced the alternator quickly, and honored the warranty! (I want to point out that Triangle only uses the best parts, but even the best can be faulty.) The entire team at Triangle (from the front desk to under the hood) was honest, patient, and helpful!
