I've been going to this specific Maaco since I was 19 years old. They've always taken care of me. I have recently gotten the back end of my Rav4 repaired there and it's as if nothing ever happened. They got me in the day after it happened to look at it. They ordered parts right then and had everything taken care of. Dropped my car off the monday after Thanksgiving, and it was ready for me 8 days later. Other car shops couldn't see me til at the earliest on the 5th of December. Awesome people awesome Managers. Definitely coming back for future repairs or paint. Also, they didn't ask me to write a review. They are just awesome enough for me to WANT to write one. Thanks Jon and team!

I brought my 1968 Chevy C 10 to get a paint job and unfortunately Macco did not take the time to cover my engine bay with a blanket and got overspray all over my brand new engine. I talked to the manager and explain to him that with years of experience, they should know better. They should know to cover engine bays and other things. It only takes minutes to do. My brand new motor is now covered in overspray and will never be the same.

Everyone gives MAACO a hard time, and thinks of the bare minimum. But these guys are anything but. I brought my 94 Bronco in with several dents, rust, and paint cracks and these guys looked me in the eye and told me they could get it done. I was skeptical but all other body shops turned me away saying “We don’t do rust repair.” As insurance work is where the real money is but not these guys. Restoration is not easy work, but these guys put the time in and do a great damn job. I paid a little more than the average customer and I am very impressed with the results. She looks brand new! Don’t let your forums or YouTube guy scare you away, this particular shop in Bremerton, Washington, is the real deal.

They did an outstanding job and it was a quick turn around too, done in just 2 days. They pulled off the bad passenger side fender. Put on the new one, repainted it, pulled a couple tiny dents out of the passenger side door and repainted the door and it was done. Looked beautiful. I highly recommend Maaco for any work to be done that you plan to pay out of pocket costs for, they definitely try to save you the most money possible if you're paying out of pocket. I will definitely do business with them again.

The crew at Bremerton Maaco are terrific. I couldn't be happier with their work. I absolutely recommend them to everyone in Kitsap! I had dodged a kid on an electric scooter and scraped the heck out of the entire passenger side of my (previously very clean) 2009 Chrysler. The repair included replacement of both doors and the mirror and was perfectly done. As to cost, I paid $2000 less than the least expensive estimate from 4 other shops.

Maaco did an excellent job on my door. I could tell through conversation about the job with the manager Jon that this shop wasn’t trying to upsell and was being genuine and honest with pricing. I noticed some items at the end of the job that needed to be addressed and the team at Maaco was very professional and quick to fix these outstanding items which is a rare find in the automotive world. Genuine, excellent work, and quick to address concerns without getting defensive. It was a 4 star experience but their professionalism pushed this back into 5 star territory.

Worked with owners Nick & John both were great to work with, honest straight forward answers to my many questions. The work their team did to prep and paint our truck canopy to matching blue jeans metallic was excellent and spot on. I am very happy with the finished product, great color match especially with the metallic and their masking off the windows was perfect. They unloaded the canopy and reinstalled when finished. I have already recommended Maaco in Bremerton to a couple of friends. Price was right, service was excellent and the job very well done! BTW, this review is completely independent. I respect and appreciate good people and good work, they earned this review! It had rained before I picked up the canopy so this pic at their shop has rain on the canopy. But my canopy at their shop should add some credibility to this review.
