I went to Meineke for replacement of 2 front wheel bearings on a 2012 Volvo XC60. Service advisor was helpful and worked with me using after market parts that I purchased online. Job was complete within one day. Meineke issued an inspection report detailing work that may need to completed in the future. Price was reasonable, cheaper than the dealer or Euro Auto repair shop.

Truck had a few problems and could not find shop to work on it. Dealer suggested Meineki Bremerton, I would never thought of this shop but glad I took dealers advice. Shop kept me informed and was given rides back home with their good customer service. Even fixed items they discovered for free. Noticed noise coming from same area day after getting truck back home, back to shop and within an hour I was back on the road.

Had an alignment and an oil change. I Called first to make sure they could align a mini cooper, they said yes. After having both services done and paying I was told by the tech that he adjusted the front wheels and the back wheels were out of alignment but they didn’t have the tool to do it. Not sure what I paid the $150 alignment fee for since It still pulls to the right. I guess I need to find a garage with the right tools. Folks were pleasant and professional

Had an oil leak and asked if they could locate it? These guys went above and beyond. Turns out the last place that changed the oil did not tighten the oil filter and bolt tight enough. Meineke did an inspection of the car and sent me a report of maintenance that needs to be done or will need to be done in the future. And prioritized the list in order of highest need. Did not try to upscale me and changed a tire pressure guage free of charge due to slow leak in tire. Very confident with this shop and the mechanics. All and all, great experience! Great staff! I will be returning and highly recommend Meineke!

Their sign says they're under new management and it's worth giving them a second chance if you had a bad previous experience. They were able to get me in and out quickly for a wiper motor issue almost every other local shop said they'd need a lot longer for or didn't have any openings. They were also able to fit in some lights and belt replacement that I asked for in the same visit and saved me a huge headache. The entire shop was professional and I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I can't thank them enough. The work was done well, done efficiently, and the prices were clear and nicely lined out for me. They'll be my first pick auto care center from now on.

These guys are awesome. Under new management, the staff is kind and very informative. I came in there with to do an oil change and I was in and out of there within an hour. They also found out other things with my truck that could've caused a catastrophic failure and they were able to fix it within that same hour. Great people and will happily take any of my cars there for any work that needs to be done.

I believe it was Shawna who helped me but she did an incredible job with finding solutions for my car breaks, it has specialized lug nuts so we were brain storming the best plan of action since I had no key for it. She was diligent, helpful and smart in helping with my Miata. We took care of the car within the same day and I was sent to get repairs completed, I was worried it would take 2 weeks originally.

Staff was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable! I took my Jeep in to have my AC safely evacuated and the service only took about 10-15 minutes. Price was very reasonable for a job that needed special equipment and disposal. Staff also provided helpful answers to questions and recommendations for future vehicle service jobs. Had an alignment issue on my Toyota. Took it to Meineke in Bremerton for first time. First I would like to say, they were one of very few that actually answered their phone on the day after Thanksgiving. Met Jason over the phone and told me bring my car in and they would assess the issue. Came in and gave me recommendations. I decided to go with alignment and Toe cables alignment for my steering. Great customer service and got my out of there at a very respectable price! Thanks Jason , the car runs 75% better and I feel safe driving it now! Definetly coming back!

I came in recently for an AC repair and I had a great experience. Of the mechanics I called for the repair, they had the best price. Better yet, when I asked for an estimate they gave me an itemized quote detailing the costs, which was really helpful and something I wish more mechanics would do. Additionally, Shawna was super friendly and helpful, and kept me updated on the work for my car. Not only did they do a great job and finished their work quickly, but they did a thorough inspection of my car, and gave me a detailed and accessible inspection report. I'm incredibly happy with my experience at Meineke, and I will be returning if I need more work done in the future.
