Caliber was great! They returned my vehicle to look brand new again in a shorter than expected timely manner. Intake was great and smooth, however after the work was done on my truck and I came to get it, the bumper was misaligned, very visibly, wish I would have taken pictures, and conveniently the only technician that could fix that had left for the day, so i had to leave my truck and pick it up the next day after that was fixed, after that i found the nozzle for the gas tank wasn't screwed back in, one of the hoses for my air ride was left dangling, not even connected, and my exhaust is resting on the frame, now I called them about the gas nozzle and the air hose, but found the exhaust after that phone call, they wanted me to bring my truck back in, at this point I don't want them to touch my vehicle and the manager told me I could fix the issues with the gas nozzle and air hose without voiding any warranties(i asked since I had the tools). The only good experience i had with this place was the intake. "Getting your rythym of life back". Do you guys even look over the work on the vehicles.

Having a receptionist open mouth chewing breakfast while attempting to converse is a fantastic first impression! TL:DR expect to be grossed out, actively messed with, & blamed for any mistakes they make. DO NOT SIGN PAPERWORK UNTIL AFTER INSPECTING YOUR VEHICLE! The theatrical annoyance that I couldn't understand her with a mouth packed full was almost as comical as it was disgusting. When she opened her mouth wider in an attempt to enunciate the excellent view of the cud being chewed was nauseating. I asked her to finish chewing so I could understand what she was attempting to communicate. She walked off in a huff worthy of a first year at Juilliard. Fortunately the person that did the cars intake was quite nice. The intake was quick & thuroigh. He asked what happened, talked about what he was doing & why while inspecting the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they wanted me to sign paperwork before inspecting the vehicle. When I asked to see the vehicle first, the receptionist (same one as before) seemed incredibly annoyed that I wouldn't trust them. After seeing the vehicle I understood why. Two of the panels were not the correct color. When I pointed it out, the gentleman that assisted with the intake said he would get their head paint guy. When they returned, the paint supervisor came out hot & blamed me for not seeing the colors correctly. Starting with blame, deflection, accusations, & then asking exactly what color I wanted because it was already correct. Fortunately I had not signed the paperwork up front! Caliber paid for the rental while they fixed the paint issue they caused. I got a call on a Friday around 15:00 (3:00pm) saying the vehicle was done and if I couldn't pick it up by 5:30 I would have to pay for the rental for the weekend. Glad to be done dealing with them, will never be going back. Highly recommend finding another auto body shop, any other body shop!

Ultimately I am not a customer of the shop because I never made it past the front office. They could not get my name correct to save my life and I was standing in front of them spelling it out. But the chuckles about my name kinda insulted me more than I liked. My appointment time was 9:00am. I do NOT do tardy. It is disrespectful and when the receptionist said they would be out in about 15-20 minutes that was the last straw for me. Well-they were in their DAILY meeting so I would have to wait. Why have me show up early knowing I would have to wait. That is a waste of my time and the last bit of disrespect I was willing to take from a business expecting me to pay them for services which so far I have not seen as stellar. From my point of view-- I do not recommend

If I could I would give this place 10 stars. Lisa and Stephanie did an awesome job writing us up (our car) and answering all of our questions. The care came back two days earlier than I expected. The work was perfect in our eyes. Color was spot on exact. The door opens and closes without difficulty. The quarter panel was as new. I would also like to mention the techs that did the actual work on the car. They also have a great waiting area and everyone abided by the 6 foot rule and all were masked up. Thank you, thank you Caliber Collision techs. Thank you.

This was the 2nd time we have used Caliber Collision for fender benders we have unfortunately had. Their service is awesome. Constantly received texts on progress. Jen is awesome to deal with! The whole process was very easy and quick. When the car was done, there was a problem with the passenger latch/lock mechanism. Called them, they said bring it in. I brought it in, they pulled it immediately into their shop and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Easy. Pleasure to do business with them.

Scheduled with them through my auto insurance. I will give them credit that they hadnt called to confirm my appointment yet this morning and I had made it last night, but still... I was standing at their reception desk for 25 minuets with no person in site. I called out, their phone was ringing (about 3 times someone tried calling them) and no one even came to check. When I got there, there was another customer with her paperwork done and just waiting to turn in her key, and she told me she had been waiting and had also called out and knocked on windows trying to get someones attention because she had to leave, and still no one had come out for several minuets. The front desk was left unattended for a good half an hour with clients paperwork and keys left out in the open. Anyone could have come in and taken whatever they wanted. A huge security risk in my opinion. I left, they wont be getting my business. Bathroom breaks and stuff are normal and acceptable. But leaving the lobby unattended for at least a half hour is unacceptable and unprofessional. There was no sign up saying they will be back soon or anything. I even heard someone in an office around the corner watching videos on their phone (Im assuming on their phone) and they didnt even come out. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend bringing your vehicle there. I could hear the mechanics working, so I know at least someone there was doing their job, but the front office is the face, and it was terrible.

Although I havenβt actually had my car repaired by this location, this is the Caliber right down the street from me so this is where I have dropped it off (to be towed to the Poulsbo location). Liz is always super friendly and a joy to see and Mark made sure my repair would go seamlessly by quickly getting me into a rental, and hopping on the process basically as soon as I pulled into their lot. Caliber in general has great policies but they also put great people in place to uphold those policies and I truly appreciate every bit of it. I have never left without feeling completely taken care of in regard to my car.
