I made an appointment to have front brakes replaced and get the recall notice that I received for the chrome window levers to be replaced. The vehicle inspection revealed that the the brakes didn't need replacing yet. They were able to replace all of the window levers. I was very satisfied with the customer service that Conner provided to me. He and Vincent and the rest of the service team are reason I will continue to have West Hills Ford service my car. Always great customer service.

I took my car in for several recalls. Get them all done at once. Bailey was our person in touch. Very friendly very accommodating! My only client was we did not get a call when our car was ready. We got a text from someone named Vinny, it was a text I responded to it twice and received no reply. The work was well done and I was very happy with Bailey as our in touch person, when I finally called and asked and found out my car was done I was very happy

Went to West Hills Ford to get my oil changed and flat tire repair. I was helped by Quentin and had a great experience with him! He was approachable, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and humorous. I planned on not having my vehicle available all day because that has been my previous experience with other dealerships doing maintenance on my vehicles, and had a shopping trip in Tacoma mapped out to keep me busy until they called me. Quentin informed me that everything was only going to take a couple of hours, but he’d be happy to hold onto my vehicle until I was ready to come back and pick it up. I was pleasantly surprised at the turnaround time and then his willingness to let me keep my plans. If I get to keep working with Quentin every time I go back for maintenance, I’ll be ecstatic. If not, I’ll still be happy with quality of work and the timeframe it is performed in. Thanks!

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! We were blatantly lied to by the service department. Told that services were done, only to find out later that they were never actually done. They kept my car for a week and lied to me every single day about why it was not ready to be picked up. And then charged me for parts that were never put on my car! I am shocked and appalled at the level of deceit and fraud that I encountered with this dealership. In the end they did refund me for the parts I was fraudulently charged for, but does that take care of being carless for a week? Plus all of the gas I spent driving up there multiple times? Plus being lied to about services performed? Not even close!

I brought my F150 for service. It was there over a month while they inefficiently dealt with the warranty company. When it went in for service it had a tiny exhaust leak at the right manifold. When I got it back it had a huge leak at the manifold. Of course they say it’s impossible their tech had anything to do with it🤦🏼♂️. Save your money and bring your vehicles elsewhere for service if you can.

I would give this place a 5, but it there were a few situations I did encounter. To be fair, they seemed to go far and beyond to handle everything, so I would be a satisfied customer. I paid up front for a few years of regular maintenance for my SUV. When I need things like an oil change, the process is always fast and smooth with no extra costs. The employees are great! Always friendly, and when I was waiting, they all asked if I was being helped.

Fast, efficient, and great customer service. I was new to this dealership (and their network of brands) until I needed local service. My appointment was made quickly, there were no delays as I was processed, and they have a great low-cost rental option if your car is needed overnight. The issue with the door locks was discovered quickly, and all repairs made for a fair price. 5-stars across the board to Ryan and everyone.

Oil change bait and switch. New explorer purchased at another dealer due to low inventory. I called to find out about an oil change and was told the first oil change is free at West Hills. Great and not that unreasonable since some dealerships offer oil changes free for life. Great idea to get people to try your service department. Arrive and am told that first one free is only if you bought the car there. No mention of that when it was offered to me. Too bad this experience means I won’t be using this service department or buying any new cars at this dealership

Update: I wanted to update and change my rating based on the feedback that I received. Not only did they respond on here to my post, but the other manager personally called me to hear my views. This is what's missing in the world good old customer service. It's not fake it's literally how you treat someone like family. I have a feeling with their location and company that you will be receiving the best service possible. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to me. Old message:Great service! I gave it a 2 star because when I went in there they have 3 office doors but the people in the office just ignore you and they are not friendly when you come in and it was because they were short staffed but it's not okay to treat people like they are dumb especially when the customer is new. They do not know the layout or system of the place. It should be " hi how can I help you or I will be right with you in a minute". I also think it's funny when I went to pick up they had two guys greeting us but I looked at them like it doesn't matter about the friendly greeting later in the day. They should have been there first thing in the morning.

My main reason for the 5 stars is 100% Colin in the service department. Normally service people make me feel kind of stupid for not knowing about cars and they become impatient. Colin was anything but that! My car had a ton of thing breakdown at once and Colin was so kind, he answered my questions in a kind and respectful way, he never made me feel like an idiot, and he walked me through everything just perfectly! Not sure where to start. Bought a 2025 Bronco in Anacortes because they had exactly what I was looking for. 2 days later the pre collision not available light came on, dropped it off at West Hills. The next day I was informed that my Brand New Bronco had front end damage and would not be covered under warranty, what in the actual hell. Sure enough I go pick it up and they show me pictures . Well the damage wasn't there BEFORE I dropped it off . So now we are at a he said she said. I knew in my heart of hearts I shouldn't have brought it here because of issues with service I had years prior. Won't make that mistake again

I had scheduled the routine maintenance on 2020 Escape hybrid. The day before the scheduled service West Hills Ford called and asked if I would be interested in trying their new mobile service in lieu of actually going into the shop and I accepted. The mobile service van arrived at our home right on time. The two service techs introduced themselves, explained the process and went to work. A tarp was placed beneath the vehicle as a precaution in case of any spilled oil during the oil change. They also jacked thar car up to rotate the tires. It was not NASCAR fast but finished in about an hour. The technicians were competent, professional, and very courteous. Colin, the service wrter at West Hills followed up shortly after the mobile crew left to be sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I will definitely consider using the mobile service again.

Working with the front desk staff was very nice and efficient however, after my oil change was done, the bottom cover of the car wasn’t screwed back on all the way and so the bottom of my new car was dragging on the road. Sucked too because I was on a roadtrip for vacation and had to figure out how to fix the issue in the middle of night. Not to happy about the work done on the car -especially just for a routine oil change
