This is only in regards to service department. Would not recomend. EVER. Not an organized business. The main issue i have is service is extremely untrustworthy. The final straw was getting a 30k service on a bronco sport. I had a bussy week and had to drop the car off early and didn't pay as much atention as i should have when i approved the work order/ assumed they were a trustworthy business. After i got to work i thought that 1,200$ was exsesive. The bulk of the cost was a transmision flush, and two other fluid flushes. I believe it was brakes and something else. Anyways when i looked in Ford's users manual, it stated a 30k service, under normal conditions, is the same as a 7k oil change /inspection plus an engine filter replacement. Transmission flush arnt recommended untill 150 000. I called the shop and told them stop work and only do what is specified in the manual. They agreed but also stated somthing along the lines of,, you really shouldn't go off the manual because ford leaves it up to our machics to predetermine the dates flushes should be done (without an inspection first??),,. This is what you will be dealing with if you take your car here. Anyways, had to eat the 480 for a flush i didnt need, and the one thing ford does recomend, changing the engine filter, didn't even get done. The person i talked to when i picked up was friendly, but i will try and avoid buying anything here ever again.

Title: Highly recommend! Fantastic customer service recovery by Shawn and Nolan "We bought our car in December and unfortunately ran into a few issues shortly after, which had us worried we made a big mistake. We initially went back to talk to the finance director and he was of no help, made promises that were not fulfilled nor were they been intended to be. Example: he told us our key fob would be ready when we to have brought our car in the following Friday I even took off of work. I go in and no one even knew what I was talking about. There wasn't anything under our name or an email sent to anyone about it. Amongst a few other issues. Leaving us feeling stuck. However, we returned the following weekend and spoke to Shaun, who immediately took ownership of the situation. He brought in Nolan from fiance and our original salesperson, Brayden. Shaun made it clear that we were valued customers and he ended help, reversing the 'run-around' we had been getting. Nolan worked his butt off getting everything resolved for us. Endless time on the phone and kept me updated with what was going on. In the end, I am very happy with the customer service I received. I want to specifically thank Shaun for stepping up, and Nolan for his hard work. Brayden is a really nice person who is still learning, but I can see him moving up in the sales team. Matthew was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about Broncos and all the new updates between the 2023 and the 2025 we just purchased. He wasn't pushy, and when we needed to walk to think about it, he didn't keep pushing, which is why we came back and worked with him to finish the deal. We love working with West Hills Ford for all our up keep, especially since we do plan to keep this one for the long haul. Nick D. is hands down one of the best Service Advisors I have ever worked with. I am all to used to working with Advisors that have no sense of what preventative maintenance is, and routinely try to upsell customers on non-sense. Nick knew exactly what is required to truly ensure you take the best care of your car, so that it will take care of you. I could tell he was an enthusiast and cared for others the way he cares about his own vehicle. Nick is no nonsense and a pleasure to work with. I will continue to travel from Lacey to get the level of service he and the team provide.

Every person I dealt with at the dealership was awesome. I did feel that Ford was shady in their advertising. I kept getting the 0-0-0 add in my feed and when I contacted the dealership I was told only 3 of the F 150's in stock would qualify. So I chose one and set up an appointment. In the listing for the truck I chose there were three cash back incentives. When I was working with finance it was explained to me that they did not apply since I was doing the 0-0-0 promotion, even though one of the cash back for $500 was a "truck month" rebate. So, I ended up paying $3500 more than advertised. Very shady on Ford's part. I will be warning all who will listen not to trust Ford's advertising.

Vincent with West Hills Ford was very personable from the moment I walked in. He explained what I should expect and how long it would take. When it came time to pay, he was the first person to ever offer using my Ford points toward the balance due. I have had my truck for four years, and unfortunately, some of my points had expired because nobody had ever explained how to redeem them. His willingness to help me utilize those points made a significant difference in my experience. Not only did he take the time to walk me through the redemption process, but he also ensured I understood how to keep track of my points moving forward. What a fantastic experience! I mean honestly! Never said that about a shop before. I dealt with Caitlin, who was incredibly helpful in helping me navigate my cars issues (yes multiple). Not only did she hold my hand and walk me through the repairs (Im not car-literate) but she ALSO let me know coverage possibilities in my warranty and insurance policy, this was a breath of fresh air, Caitlin was willing to let me know and do her due diligence instead of just charging me directly, I mean, I wouldve paid, how would I be the wiser if she chose to do less work? But not Caitlin, oh, nay nay. The mechanic working on my car was Lawrence, and if I had his job, I wouldnt have had HALF the patience that he did. My car was definitely a problem child, but he stayed on it, and never made me feel like an imposition. My car runs beautifully now, no dings, no alerts, no light coming on, and one very happy customer who would go back there is a heartbeat. Appreciate all your hard work guys!

We were greeted right away when we entered the Honda office. We went in to look for cars for my daughter’s first car. She had some idea of what she was interested in. They asked what we were looking for in a car and right away went to look for us in their inventory. First, I must say I have never encountered a dealership that was as united as this one. The fact that they drive you around to the other dealerships on the lot to help you look for that special used car, even when it is raining. That shows us we came to the right place and that they really are a family there. Every step of the way we felt like even the minor detail was taken into consideration. Jo’el and Charlie B did a great job finding my daughter her perfect car ( and we know how picky teens can be). Jo’el was always completely honest, trustworthy and helpful during the whole process. We definitely felt like part of the family at West hills Honda and Ford ( that is where our car was)! Even all the staff we meet while signing our paperwork at ford was fluid. Shon and Ryan were completely transparent during the process and made us feel at ease. It had been a long time since I had to buy a car, but when I am looking for another car. I will definitely head back to West Hills. If you are looking for a vehicle, I would definitely recommend the staff at West Hills especially Jo’el from Honda. Did not intend to buy this day, set out to research, and just look. Brian came to help. He was patient with my wife's questions and concerns, and based on her answers steered us to the Bronco Sport. He helped us throughout the process without resorting to high-pressure tactics (which I appreciated). His knowledge of the Bronco models and trims was instrumental in our being able to make our choice. I just hope he's still there when I'm ready to upgrade my Superduty!!

It was a long drive from Olympia to Bremerton but it was ultimately worth it. The Westhills team promptly responded to my on-line inquiries about the car availability and I was able to easily make an appointment to see the car. They had the car pulled up into a covered bay so I could examine it without needing to be outside in the rain or cold. The dealership staff was honest and straightforward at all the levels and all the paperwork was done smoothly and efficiently. They even have a tiny cafe so I could buy an espresso and a sandwich when I got hungry during the buying and paperwork process. The dealership also provided water and coffee, and areas to sit and relax while the process was completed. Top notch people. Responsive. Straightforward. Best used car shopping experience in my life and I have had a number in my life. And I ended up with a used vehicle that I wanted at a fair price.

Baer was there as I pulled my Ford into the garage yesterday and he greeted me so nicely and made me feel so welcome and so proud to be there. He was most efficient in getting my truck in and out quickly and he was a great host. He offered me a beverage and a ride home.
