First off, I’d like to thank all the guys for their help at this place. They were friendly, communicative, and extremely helpful. I hit a deer causing pretty bad damage on my front passenger side. They interfaced with the insurance company to get the difference in repair costs from what they sent me, got me in to do the repairs extremely fast, and even finished early. The car looks brand new! I’d recommend and use again!!!

My wife was very upset after having an accident in our like new Subaru Forester. I was concerned about finding a great repair shop to restore my wife's pride and joy. After some searching, I found a shop that is factory certified in Subaru repairs. And am I glad I found Bremerton Collision! The entire staff at Bremerton Collision was very professional and friendly. They made the task of getting our car fixed a pleasant experience. We were frequently updated on the repair status, so didn't have to constantly call the shop for updates. The results were fantastic! The fit and finish of the repaired front end was flawless. The color, sheen and texture of the new paint matched the factory paint exactly. The car drives like new with no squeaks or rattles. They obviously have some very talented employees at Bremerton Collision. It is an hour drive from my house to their facility, and I would recommend that anyone with a Subaru within a 2-hour drive consider Bremerton Collision. Thank You Bremerton Collision!!

I took my vehicle into Bremerton collision for an insurance claim and got a chance to work with Mason at the front desk. He was amazing, very helpful and extremely thorough. About two weeks after my repair, I had an issue with the headlight that he was able to fix promptly and I didn't have to jump through a lot of hoops in order to get the service that I expected.
