This was my 1st service for my new vehicle. The minute I pulled in to the service line I was met by a new trainee employee Evan. Evan quickly took over my car and made all the arrangements for my service including ensuring I was comfortable throughout the service process. I was very pleased with his work. Jason was amazing in the service department. He kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle and made sure I understood the inspection video as well as my options. He offered for me to pick my vehicle up and bring it back for a replacement part that I needed or that I could keep the car there as well. & he informed me immediately when the part arrived (a day early) and informed it the car would be ready by the time I'd be off of work. He was truly amazing, very professional. And best customer service I've had here. & I've been coming here since 2014.

Went here for my first service. I was helped by Alex from service department. He was great. Very welcoming and friendly. explained everything thoroughly. I was also out of there ahead of estimated time of service completion which was nice. More time for Christmas errands. I already left a review before for the sales agent, Jamal, whom I received a great customer service from as well. I just gotta say that Kia Westhills have great people and completely turned my bad Westhills Dealership experiences to great ones. If you are reading this review and you are like me who had bad experience from other WH dealership, definitely give WH Kia a shot. They are great people.

Really need to question their ethics. As my car was being serviced I asked if they would evaluate the trade in value. They provided a reasonable offer. I then test drove a truck and after some discussion I told them let me think about it. I left the dealership and called them back 10 minutes later to let them know I would be bringing my wife to see it and asked if they could detail it. It was pretty clear I was intending to purchase it. I picked up my wife and started to head back to purchase the truck. On the way there the salesman calls me to inform me that another salesman “just sold the Truck”. What BS. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with West Hills but it certainly will be my last. This is why car salesman have such a bad reputation.

My recent experience with West Hills Kia was unimaginably good. Jason was the best. I had two issues to take care of. He took me to Teresa, who, within 1 minute, took me to Haley in finance. We took care of that issue. Jason saw to it that the multipoint inspection was completed and oil changed. My original appointment was for 10:00 AM. I was in my car and driving home by 10:36 AM. BTW, the total cost to me was zero. All in all, a really pleasant experience. Thanks.

I wish everyone who needs car repair service was treated the way I was at West Hills Kia. I went to West Hills Kia for a safety recall. This was my first visit. Alex Magyari is as good as it gets and he’s a stellar representative of his industry. Why? Beyond being courteous, patient, thorough, and personable, Alex respected me as a customer and consumer. I didn’t get the pushy salesperson most of us anticipate when we go to a car dealer or a place where they’re selling goods and services. There were a few items on the inspection form that needed replacing or service. Alex knew I got my car serviced by my local car repair shop and supported me in contacting them for comparison pricing. He explained which items and why it was beneficial to have serviced by the dealer. In the end, it is my choice and I appreciate that Alex gave me good information. I will definitely return to West Hills Kia. Thank you, Alex!
