On the road to California we broke down 50 miles west of Amarillo. We had our 35 foot travel trailer hauled to Hawkins trailer. We needed a complete axle replacement. We were passing through Amarillo en route to Ontario Canada. We needed to get the brakes serviced on our tent trailer. We called Karen at 8:00AM. We dropped off the trailer at 9:00 AM. The job was completed at 11:30 AM and we were back on the road. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable. The guys took excellent care of me as I traveled on a Wing n a Prayer, across country, to spend time with my daughter. I had a roadside issue at the tail end of their business day. They waited for the AAA Tow truck to get my trailer to them for an inspection. They had a part constructed and put in place by lunchtime the very next day, saving my trip and my little vintage camper!! The staff was very nice and they were kind enough not to run up the costs on the part construction, which got me safely across the country to my girl, on the funds I had left. True Earth Angels, who made the rest of my trip possible! Hawkins Trailer really saved us. We blew a bearing on our travel trailer Friday night. They got us in first thing Monday morning and had us fixed and on our way in less than 2 hours. They were very reasonably priced and honest. They only did what needed to be done. We thought we might've needed a new axle, but they said we only needed a new hub. We highly recommend!!! We only wish they were open on the weekends.

Hawkins crew was awesome, we broke down the night before, called them in the morning, they fit us in and had us out the door fully repaired within 2 hours this place honest, ethical, extremely reasonable in price, very accommodating, And had us back on the road quickly. On the way back through Amarillo I will stop back by there and have them replace all 4 leaf Springs on my RV. If I ever need work in the future and it is not too far I will certainly go out of my way to give them all my business highly recommended.

We are traveling across the country and had a suspension issue on our fifth wheel camper. We were literally stuck in Amarillo with no place to go and no place to get this repaired. We ended up staying overnight and first thing in the morning started calling places Hawkins not only had the parts that we needed they fit us in first thing in the morning and got us in and out and back on the road in less than an hour. The staff is not only friendly and professional but they're actually kind of a hoot, really great honest people that won't rip you off when you're stuck on the side of the road. When I found a broken leaf spring while stopped in Amarillo, these guys got my camper into their shop right away. The mechanic did good quality work and the price was very reasonable. I was in a bad situation, and he could have easily marked up the parts more and charged me for another hour of labor, but he did not. I highly recommend Hawkins trailer.

Guy was so great full I took whole axle by myself which I never worked on cars before and is kind of awesome because mechanic was gonna charge me $1500 with labor and I’m gonna get it all finished today for only not even $500 plus about 280 for wheel jack I had to buy and a key to take the pieces out on axle… Incredible service and guy is super nice
